Select "System Menu Hacks"- Press A
Enable any hacks you like. I suggest-
"Block Disk Updates", "Block Online Updates", "Remove Diagnostic Disc Check", "Move Disc Channel"
and I don't know how to do this(maybe I'm to exhausted it's 5:30 AM) but please help me I can't think right now

Thanks mauifrog for a great guide, very easy to follow.
I've a 4 and half year old wii on 4.3Europe with the homebrew channel already installed via wiibrew.
So I started the guide at chapter 2, read and re-read the full guide many times did md5 check et al.
Just some feedback for somethings that may need updating (or it went different for me for some reason).
1. The CIOS-PACK.md5 and ModPack_PAL-E.md5 conflict on \app\priiloader\META.XML.
The CIOS.md5 doesn't like the meta.xml dated December thats included in the ModPack-PAL-E.zip, and the ModPack.md5 doesn't like the meta.xml dated February that's in the CIOS-PACK.zip. I guess whichever is unzipped last to the SD card is the one that remains, but I went with the latest one.
2. At the first batch of WAD installs 29 installed ok for me (not 24 as noted in the guide).
3. There was no folder "System Menu 4.1" but I installed via Main menu > Manage System menu > Version 4.1 via online internet connection.
Everything appears to have gone exactly as planned for me so thanks again.
The only issue I have is auto-mounting my FAT32 usb hard drive. If I leave the USB plugged in CFGLoader gets stuck at the splash screen and I have to reboot. If I run CFGLoader then plug in the drive all is tickety boo. I guess there's some fine tuning I need to iron out.
Edit: I had to dload and rename cfg65-222.dol and edit config.txt to ios = 222

Also I forgot to mention, I've lego batman but don't understand how I can get the RBK file?
App Pack.zip to sd card and stick into my wii but in sd card menu are 20 pages with nothing (should be something because i have seen the files extracted in my computer). This is bad ? How can I fix this?
However in wii menu I can see USBloader-CFG , Backup Dics Channel , Backup HBC but I don't see this "MAUI".
