In the cIOS pack in chapter 2 cIOS248 is included. It should have installed in the first place so that means you got an error and continued the guide without addresing the error. This is not good to do....if this IOS was more important you could be in a load of trouble right now.

Get the cIOS248 wad from the cIOS pack download and install it with MMM.

Edit: You are also missing 247??

    Japanese wii 3.2 Modded

Okay so I have followed this tutorial on my Japanese 3.2J wii and changed everything to USA and such.
    EVERYTHING went fine.
Now everything is still japanese...:S I want it all in english.
Also when I go to the settings it says:

you tried to access the address marc:JP/JP/JPN/index01.html which is currently unavailable.
please make sure that the web adress (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated then try reloading the page

How can I change my Wii completely to USA/ENGLISH? Can anyone give me a link to where I am supposed to be?

PS: During Part 2- Optional Region Change
It says Do not install system menu 4.1. So I did NOT install 4.1, is this correct?

I don't think you saved the settings in any region changer. Load any region changer again, it will tell you what your installed system menu is and what your settings are currently set to. It should be set to USA. You should have system menu 4.1u v 54448 installed. I am guessing that you did not save the settings. Let me know what you see when you open any region changer if you need more help.

    The square? What?

It should work in general and pickup the HDD (as long as you formatted the SD and put the app pack back on). Remember I didn't tell you to do everything again... I told you to install the ones you were missing. So instead of doing what I said you installed everything again and overwrote priiloader and your app pack. Finish the guide now.... installing priiloader and everything after that.

just ran from square on system menu, and it says could not open file, press any button to reboot :-(
    Sure did! Read above.

Never Uninstall IOS, or SM you will brick your wii
Press (1) to "Install all Wads" - Press A
3 wads should install without error
    "Press any button to continue"

is it must or optional::: coz on the older one it is optional...
