    CVS checks

Dont know if i Put the cvs check in right??? I installed hermes 222 and 223 because on the wiiflow forum of wiihacks they said it would be a good idea. please let me know what you think and how to fix the problem. The hermes was added yesterday right before you told me to run the system check!

This is what your Syscheck should look like. Next time you might try using "Wordpad" instead of "Notepad". It just makes it easier to read.

I have no idea, it looks good. Try to reinstall ios36 with dop-mii.

Thanks Mauifrog for the great guide, I have one problem though, I am trying since yesterday to autoboot the USB loader without any luck, I am not sure if I am doing something wrong here:
1- I placed the .dol file of the usb loader on my SD's root
    2- then started Priiloader
3- I installed the file using the install menu
4- Went to the settings and changed the Autoboot to installed file, and retun to Autoboot menu.

Now if I boot my Wii using the above settings I don't get any signal on my TV ! , I have to turn off the Wii and then boot again to Priiloader and revert back the settings !, I tried searching for a similar issue buy I couldn't find any.

Also, I am not sure if its related to the issue or not, but I faced some problems when I followed the guide, I detailed them in a topic at the newbie section :

    http://www.wiihacks.com/bricked-wii-...era-error.html

And I was able to fix the error, till that stage my Wii was running version 4.1U and I was able to run different copied games without any problem.

Then I decided to soft Mod my Wii, I followed also Mauifrog guide (Guide: Softmod ANY Wii)
Everything went as instructed except for Step 5 (Update ios files and system menu), I was able to install IOS249 , but then the My Wii freezed when I tried to install the system menu, when I rebooted the Wii and tried to enter IOS 249 again from the Dop Mii menu it gave me an error (something related to signing as I remember), any way I decided to proceed with the rest of the instructions as I've already installed System menu 4.1U when I fixed the semi-brick issue.

After I finished following all the instruction, when I tried to run the usb loader it gave me an error related for IOS222 (Exception (DSI) occurred!) , I searched the forum and then followed :Install IOS 202, 222, 223

When I tried to install 222 using IOS 249 it kept on freezing (I tried both Hermes v4 and 5.1) , so what I did was selecting IOS 236 instead of 249 , after that it worked fine, and the usb loader loaded successfully, I noticed when I booted it for the first time it gave some error messages regarding IOS 249 then it continued on loading IOS 236, now whenever I bought the usb loader it works directly without any error messages.

I tried two new NTSC games with the USB loader (Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Fifa Worldcup 2010) and both worked fine without any issues.

    Now my questions are:
1- Why my system refused to install cIOS 222 on IOS 249 ?
2- Will using IOS 236 affect the functionality of my Wii ?
3- Do I have to install a region changer to run PAL games ?, or its not needed because I have a mod chip installed ?

    @hamade
When you updated your ios with dop-mii, you install ios249. ios249 is a stub, and is not listed to be updated. Installing ios249 removed your cIOS that was installed in ios249, this is why the dop-mii crashed. Reinstall wanikoko's cios, then hopefully your usbloader will work for you. Also, the priiloader loads on ios36, so be sure that is also installed ok.

Thanks again, that was FAST ! ...
I re-installed wanikoko's cios and then used Hermes cIOS installer to install cIOS 222 (I am not sure if this was needed), I was able to install it on 249.
Now my only issue is with the Autoboot, I am still not able to auto boot to the installed file (the Wii switches on, but I am not getting any signal on the screen).
Should I re-install ios36 from Dop Mii or what ?

Edit 1 : Whenever I try to access BootMii the system freezes, and I had to hold the power button to turn it off, I tried accessing BootMii from the HBC and from the Priiloader, most of the games works fine, I tried SMG and SMG2, also the new Prince of Persia game works fine, the didn't try alot of games though, also I can't play Castlevania game, whenever I try to load it using the USB Loader the system freezes.

Edit 2 : I tried following the instruction provided in this guide to recover from a corrupted IOS36 as it seems that it is the cause of these issue, unfortunately my system kept on freezing when I tried to access the SD card (from settings->data management-> Channels -> SD) , even after extracting all the alt to the SD, sometimes it gave me a black screen with a bunch of Hex numbers and an exception occurred message , and sometimes it just freezed.

Hope this will give a better understanding of my issue.

    Thanks again for you help.

You can use dop-mii to scan the wii, you can post that report here, it may help. Also you can reinstall ios36 will all patches from within dop-mii.
