It's being a pleasure being in this forum as a newbie in Wii Console.

I have some questions regarding the softmod of a 4.3e Wii.

I have read almost all of the guides that this forum has since they are the most explanatory. But I have tried to find the Lego: Indiana Jones Original Adventures in the shop of my country (Cyprus) and I came up to the unfortunate event to find out that no one has the specific game.
After that went on e-bay to buy one, then again almost all of them i have found are for NTSC systems therefore will not play (i guess) on my wii.

My main questions are the following:
What do you suggest me to do ??
Does the Indiana Jones for NTSC systems works on mine (I don't think so, just to be sure) ???
If i find Super Mario Brawl (PAL Version) will I be able to Soft-mod my system (4.3u) with that ??
Is there any place where i can find Indiana Jones for PAL systems ??

My questions are a bit odd and I apologize if so but as you can understand I'm new to this kind of gaming console. :P

Really I need a solution but if there is no solution then I guess I will have to wait till something comes up.

Thanking you all for your kind answers and any help may occurred.

    Kindest Regards,
    Constantinos.
Been searchin for a while myself, found it at toys r' us and at another kids store. So i guess, look in places like that

    blinking drive light

I think a previous post got lost in all of the other comments, but I am hoping there is some light at the end of the tunnel for me..

valid elf image detected and a blinking drive light is as far as I've been able to get. everything else as far as I have seen (and rechecked 40+ times now) is as it should be.. but I can't get any further..

one site suggested that IOS36 is corrupted.. another suggested SD isn't compatible.

I don't think it's the SD card, it's worked on other 4.3 systems...

EDIT: it's worked to mod other systems.. also, I've tried sandisk, adata, kingston and ocz 2GB cards formatted in FAT32 by 2 different programs, always with the same result

any thoughts? can I run another program/IOS updater/alternate IOS hackmii to solve or even diagnose the problem??

    BUT!
I can only connect one Wiimote at a time, when I try to connect another one it flashes normally and just when it is about to connect it dies. Anyone have an idea why?
FYI: I can hook more than one controller in the Wii menu.

EDIT: Tried out USB Loader GX 2.0, same issue there, can't connect more than one wiimote...

EDIT2: I have a PAL Wii and PAL games seems to work fine with more than one controller. Tried with different settings in both loaders, jap and ntsc games still wont connect more than one controller...

EDIT 3 Well, I found PAL games which didn't allow me to connect more than one controller. And I also found one NTSC which allowed me to connect 2 controllers.
SO .. no I am completely in the dark

Also, I have tried out two different USB-disks with different backups. Both in WBFS.. if that might have anything to do with it... Although, one of the disks was my friends and it works perfectly fine for him -_-

If no one here knows what this dealio is about, then where and in what thread(s) can I ask this? Because.. I have NO idea why this is happening or the cause for it. I have been reading guides on this site for 2 straight days now without any answers
Also: Wiimotes can be connected perfectly fine in priiloader and both disc channels... =/

EDIT The issue was ME! it seems that all games I was trying to load were single player or donkey kong country returns.... So if anyone is just as bad as I was figuring this out.. I hope you read this . Some games simply don't allow you to connect more than certain number of controllers.

The cIOS's are up to date, but the IOS's aren't. If you plan on playing games from the Disc Channel (or any VC or WiiWare games), follow the Update All Your IOSs guide in my signature.

    NAND backup

Quick question, for whatever reason, I forgot to do a nand backup while doing the mod, so is it ok to just launch bootmii and do a backup even after the mod is complete? Thanks

Only your help can save me.

I have a black wii with 4.3e firmware. I used Indiana Jones PWNS to install HBC and Bootmii as IOS. It never gave me option to install bootmii as boot2.

I am using Maulifrog's method to softmod my wii. I am on 2 step where I have extracted Modpack on sd card. The MMM does not load through bootmii so I tried alternate method to load MMM using IOS236 installer version 4.

I am replacing the files with path /sd/apps/IOS236/boot and insert the sd card in the wii. I am starting the HBC but nothing seems to start. I am totally clueless on where I am going wrong. Can somebody please please please help me.

Krafter suggested it might be issue with sd card. I am using a brand new sandisk 2gb sd card. Still no luck. I have spent the whole day today trying to resolve this. Still no luck. Please help.

After 7 hours of toiling and a very annoyed wife, I have still not managed to move forward. I am having blinking dvd drive when i start bootmii through hbc. I tried to install bootmii again using original files from softmod guide and indiana jones, cannot go forward it gives me error message boot.elf missing and no code.

Will reinstall bootmii be the solution if so how do it do it as boot2 or can i do something else to solve the problem.

I have a hardmod GC2-D2C w/d2ckey updated to 4.3u when songs for RockBand 3 were downloaded via shop channel. Original discs played fine but backup discs wouldnt even be recognized by drive except for backup disc of Endless Ocean. I have done mauifrog's softmod update for 4.3u. Installed HBC and Bootmii as boot2 w/Indiana pwns, made nand backup, verified sums for modpack-anywii.md5,installed wads without error, installed sytem menu 4.1 w/wad manager, installed priiloader and enabled block disc & online updates, installed darkcorp.
Disk channel(Darkcorp) and Neogamma(error 1167) will not read backup disks(Endless Ocean backup still works in both channels) or even the original RB 3 disc now. Older original discs are working in both. Ive included a post softmod system check here:
