Helping a friend following this guide who is 3.4. Do we still need to follow the chapter 2 part 2 ? Assuming that we follow it for upgrade not downgrade. Just to be safe before we start. Please and thank u.

Don't skip anything that isn't optional. The update isn't optional. It would only be optional if you had 4.2+, since it would be a downgrade.

    Priiloader Issues

Hey, so I'm following this guide to the letter. I installed everything said, including both optional things to this point (4.1 downgrade and optional shop update) and now I'm to the priiloader bit.

"You should now be at the main menu of Multi-Mod Manager
    Select "App Manager" -press A
    Select Priiloader -Press A
    Priiloader 0.4 Installer will load
    Read the warning-
    Press +/A to install
After priiloader installs, it may give error or freeze- this is ok, it installed"

I get to that point. It has a couple errors, and then it freezes, with some odd screwed up characters on my screen. Then the next step says

" Hold reset and boot wii while holding reset- priiloader will load"

This means I turn it off, then hold reset, and turn it back on, yes? I keep doing that and it's not doing anything but going back into the mod manager. Can I get some help, because i plan on doing things online and using original DVDs. I don't want to do anything on the Wii until I know it will be fine. Thanks.

From what I have seen, this means you are lucky and bootmii installed as boot2, rename or remove the bootmii folder on the SD, and it should work.

    Edit:

Ejecting the SD card may also work, just don't forget to put it back in...

P.S. Mods/admin: I'm using FB connect option, and it keeps logging me out within minutes...

    SD card not found

I am sorry if this has already been answered but I don't have time to read through 100 pages of replies. I have a 4.3u and I an using the Lego Indiana Jones hack, I get this message when I try to load the Hackmii_0.8_IP_SS_BB2. I am using a 4gb SD card, I did read that you should use a 1-2gb SD card. I don't know if that makes a difference or not but I thought I would mention it (don't have another one yet). I attached a screen shot of the error I get. It just stays stuck on that screen until I power down the wii.

    problem with mmm

Hi, I installed the guide to the T, but I cannot get it to stop loading the MMM screen. When I followed the above advice and changed my bootmii to my old bootmii, the bootmii screen loads up and I have to get up and press the reset button to load to the main wii screen. is there a way to keep MMM (this means not replacing/deleting the bootmii folder) and also have my wii load to the regular wii screen bypassing bootmii?
