It will void your warranty, but you will still be able to play online (as long as you don't try to use cheats). I don't really get your last question. You don't have to "configure" your drive. As long as your drive has a folder named WBFS on it, you can rip your games to it. FAT32 is recommended, but NTFS will still work. Configurable USB Loader is included in this guide.

PS:Next time (if there is one), provide a link to your post. This is page 71 for me, since I have 40 posts per page.

since my laser reader does not read dvd copies, i read that i can load games from an external drive with wiiflow or usbloader. it's ok with me but since it needs a lot configurating the hard disk, do you know if i can just plug my hdd(without configuring it) and load games with wiiflow/usbloader.

    thanks for your time!
Yes you'll lose warranty. Yes you can play online. No you have to format he hdd and have he correct cios

Us playing iso's from hdd with configurable usb on 4.3u

Maui Frog is a G! This guide is the SHIT!

Anyway I've finished the hack and I can play ripped back ups off my hdd. I have a black and red 4.3u and I am trying to figure out how to get iso games to show up in the configurable usb loader. I have a mac so if there is any software that I need to download please let me know if it is compatible or if I have to use a pc.

I'm a HUGE NOOB so I just assumed I could drag the iso onto the hdd and it would show up...guess I was wrong.

Are there any guides on here for this specific issue? If not anything would help.

    Thank you!

Did this guide on a PAL 3.4 but now wiimote no2 is not detected anymore . Any ideas ?
Both wiimotes sync ok as no1 and no2 but wiimote no2 won't show up on the system menu screen or games .
Same remote configured as no1 works fine .

I have the Homebrew channel still installed... i think... (It shows up on the home screen anyway) but the NeoGammer crashes when you try to load a backup from dvd (since stupidy installing the Nintendo 4.3 update) Can I just follow the "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed" part of the guide in chapter 1, part 1 or is my Homebrew channel corrupt or something and therefore need Indiana PWNS?

    Thanks!

Happy new year to you all!

ok first thanks for this thread! I need to indicate I am really a noob at this and feel a bit like an idiot right now lol. I use Indiana jones games to softmod my wii. I played the game and even make it far enough for it to have a saved game on the wii. Now I went back on the SD card like indicated and I see nothing on it. I formated my 2gig sd card fat32 and extracted the hackmii files but I see nothing when I select my SD card. I am on a mac but made sure the extraction was made on the card. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: did a newbie error. Am now at charpter 2 but I don't have a pc to run the .exe file. What can I do?

EDIT 2: when I try to load bootmii to wad installs all I get is a black screen and the dvd slot blink. I tried to download ios236 like indicated but I dont see where I can lauch ios installer from the hbc...
