To start I'm new to the posting of threads etc... and I'm not sure if I'm posting right but some help would be greatly appreciated.

Let me be careful to word this right. So after I told my nephew i was going to make his wii like mine and let him make backups he thought he would help by updating the wii. I am Know left with the task of presently trying to downgrade the 4.3U. As a bonus his Wii also refuses to read my copy of smash Bs (my wii still reads it his wont the disk is fine). My question is this How can I downgrade from 4.3U to 4.1 Without a Smash or a lego and no home brew and will the home brew still install.

Thanks for your post and thank you to any who reply.

I've modded two wiis successfully using this guide! My problem lies in the third one. I've had nothing show up when I try to load up for the nand back up. It kicks out, and then I lose video and it stops responding. I have to pull the power on it.

Now I'm downloading the updatepack zip and running the verification and I get 19 errors. i redownload it and get 18 from the mirror. I found my save on my external 19 errors again.

I'm at wits end. And very disappointed in myself because I know I must be missing something...I just can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to get this one done and ready for my friends birthday (Thursday), and I'm just babbling now...gah...sorry I'm aggrivated at myself.

Try to format the sd card with the format tool in this guide, and extract the zip with 7zip. See if that helps.

The only other way is with yu-gi-yo. Also you "now' have a task, not "know". Other games are loading fine for him? It wad never moded? No option with the "other desperate options'?

You won't be able to use cboot2 in chapter 2, but you should have cios installed so just load MMM from usb in HBC and install the wads from chapter 2, also install the update pack. Perhaps your sd card will come back, but probably not. In MMM, reload to ios250 then install all the wads. Also you wont be able to make a nand backup without an sd card, so if you have one keep it safe. If you do not have a nand backup, do the alternate method for nand backup, but you'll have to write everything down since you don't have sd card. What you really want is the nand keys, and keep them safe in case you ever need them.
Thanks, my SD reader now is working, awesome guide, and again thanks

To move a channel you just hover over the channel and hold down a + b.
To get rid of the apps wiimc just delete them from the apps folder on the sd card.
If you are trying to delete cfg loader channel you need to uninstall it with the wad that you installed it with.
