    Yes you can.
    1. Make sure the Bootmii folder is on your SD card.
    2. Press the home button while in HBC.
    3. Start Bootmii.
    4. Follow the directions in Chapter 1 part 3.

Great to hear! Thanks so much Krafter..... Another question is ther a way to install a USB loader as a channel rather than using an SD?

If you look hard enough you might be able to find a channel for it or you can create one but that a little on the advanced side. If you want to venture into that look here. I'm guessing though that the best solution for you now would be to just use the forwarder channel from the guide and leave the app on your SD card.

    Call of Duty 3

Not sure where to post this - but I did everything on the guide - got my Mod what seems like 'working like a charm.'

I do notice that when I first powerup the Wii from 'standby mode' (yellow light) - I get the Priiloader menu saying that it cannot load the System Menu because of TBD or something like that not being the right size? I'd have to recreate to get exact wording. Is this normal? Currently I'm assuming that the Wii needs something off my HDD to load up the system menu and the HDD is also 'sleeping' and doesn't start up quick enough - but that is just my theory.

With that said - I have 15 games - have them all installed - played a couple - then I played Call of Duty 3. Allowed to create profile and start game - but when it goes to the "3" and starts to load the first movie clip - it crashes and reboots the entire Wii. I put the Disc in and it works just fine. But not off the backup.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

IDK why you'd have Standby or WiiConnect24 enabled, we generally discourage this. Usually the TMD thing relates to a bad IOS that needs to be overwritten (think corrupted IOS but I speak of an individual one, not all). This thread is not a games analysis thread with regard to the softmod, that part is best asked elsewhere.

    Standby - WiiConnect24

OH! I had thought I read - perhaps even in this thread - that with the 2 block updates enabled - you COULD have WiiConnect24 enabled?

Obviously from your statements you recommend otherwise - what are the dangers and pros and/or cons? Am I still able to get Internet connections without WiiConnect24 enabled?

Any way to know/discover what IOS is bad? Should I just follow the guide again and reinstall everything?

Lastly - where is the games part discussed? I also thought I had read somewhere in this thread the discussion of a particular game (Rock Band/Hero or something like that) where the discussion was regarding the mods due to the fact they worked/didn't work with the particular mod versions installed.

    Thx.

If you wish (and specifically if you have Priiloader enabled to block online and disc-based updates). Beyond that, the only concern is you have your Wii in a well-ventilated area; standby is still effectively power on and the Wiis history has shown this to possibly contribute over the long term to shortening the Wii's life due to heat issues. You can try to generate a SysCheck IOS report as detailed here. I think the TMD wrong size thing will cause it to hang on the IOS that likely will be the culprit. You can OVERWRITE it with a standard IOS of the same version (ie IOS 9 suspect IOS needs to be OVERWRITTEN by a standard IOS 9, for example).
