I assume the update protections are in place without leaving the SD card with priiloader on it in the wii?

Also, it seems all the apps run from HBC, what does the LoadMii channel do? It seems to do the same thing as HBC--do I need the LoadMii channel?
Finally, in priiloader I wasn't able to set it to autoboot the USB Loader--that option wasn't there even after installing the forwarder. Did I miss something?
    The priiloader errors are normal
Loadmii is just a redundancy, move it to the very far right if you don't want to look at it.
In priiloader set the autoboot to the installed file and return to autoboot and your wii will autoboot whatever file you installed in it.

    Run sd:\md5summer.exe
    Click "Verify Sums", Select "ModPack-AnyWii.md5"
All check sums should verify without error (very important)

All of my sums verified no error, just curious should i save the results of the verify sums, or can i just close these md5summer windows now, and put the sd card back in my wii?

You can just close it now and put it back into the wii and proceed.

Thanks Mauifrog for the quick answer.

Ok, dumb question I'm sure but how do I do this? The data management only lets me delete it or move it to the SD card.

To move channels, press A+B and drag them to a different slot.

Well what do you know---learn something new every day.

Ok one more question: If I set priiloader to autoboot the usb, and return to autoboot, is there any way to then get to the wii system menu? I tried exiting from HBC but it goes right back into the usb loader.

Perhaps try "return to" System Menu?

Change "return to" to System Menu, then open the config.txt file in SD:\usb-loader and add this:
    Code:
    return_to_channel = AF1BF516
That will make it return to the HBC if you choose Menu from a game loaded via USB. You can exit to the System Menu from there. If you choose Reset, it will load the USB Loader.

You can change "AF1BF516" to any channel ID (usually 4 letters/numbers). Just fiddle around
