    oops, have i made a mistake? I thought this was the correct place to post. I followed the guide on the first page of this thread, the one that says for softmods with homebrew already installed... then i followed the remaining steps below... I hope Ive done the right thing... Evrything else has worked for me except being able to get priiloader to run. So I now have LoadMii, Configurable USB Loader and Backup Disk Channel installed. I have not yet done the final stage (adding other apps) as I dont want to erase everything on my SD card yet incase i need to keep some files to be able to run priiloader. I want to run priiloader in order to block disc updates as in the guide. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but i did follow the above guide...

    Ok but this is the "Guide: Softmod ANY wii" guide. There is a 4.3 guide by the same author, so your posts will tend to confuse ppl.

    Ah I see. So it seems that to clarify,

    I have indeed followed the ANY Wii Guide.

    It all worked except for the running priiloader part.

    Priiloader simply crasehd after installing when an error message came up. I held down reset. nothing happened.

    Can anyone help me out on how to run priiloader so that I can Block Disk updates etc? Thanks again everyone, this is an awesome forum.

    Yeah, I've been having a tweakish priiloader, too. My problem is that whenever bootmii and MMM are on the SD card, I can't even access priiloader. Mine "crashed" when installing as well.

    Did it look like an swirled pattern of garbled text? If so, just try what I did, which was moving the Bootmii files to your computer. Otherwise, you can access your priiloader hacks from MultiModManager. Just go to where it says "Manage priiloader", and you can set your hacks.

    Hello there. I did what you said, by trying to access priiloader hacks from Multi Mod Manager, but I got a message saying " UNABLE TO ACCESS NAND, PLEASE LOAD ANOTHER SUITABLE IOS. Press any button to continue.

    I recently used this guide on a friend's 4.3E Wii, with great success. Very smooth. Thanks.

    Now, my own Wii is a 3.2E with Starfall hacks and various apps like Neo Gamma and USB Loader GX. Impressed by how smooth the process of this guide was, and how well things seem to be working on my friend's now-4.1E Wii, I'm considering if an upgrade to 4.1 might be worth it for my own.

    Can I simply follow this guide for the 3.2E Wii as well, or is there a different process I have to go through due to it being a 3.2 and/or non-virgin?

    Awesome tutorial!! I have tried adding wads, but everytime I do I get "This channel wont work". Ive tried using wad manager 1.7,1.4 and mmm. I did not downgrade to 1.4 cause in all honesty I did not understand why. Im still running 4.3u. I however did downgrade and still go this same error. Any help would be greatly apprecaited

    small cash reward if you help me all the way from priiloader issue to playing games off usb hard drive...Please watch these vids to see exactly what i did
    I folowed this guide: YouTube - HMN - Install Homebrew Channel on Wii Menu Version 4.3!!!{EDIT}
    i installed homebrew successfully, and proceeded all the way to installing the 19 wads he talks about fine, but i skipped the downgrade step and proceeded to install priiloader...
    and got this screen: YouTube - Priiloader error

    when i saw the screen i powered down, and powered back on it kept going to this screen eventually no matter what, so i powered down and removed sd. When i powered up without sd, it seemed fine , plays games, has homebrew, usb loader gx, neogamma, sumthin else. so all i want to do is use usb loader gx but i'm sketched... what should i do first? i fear putting the sd card back in please help if you get me set playing games off my usb ...small cash reward! or am i screwed because i never downgraded first?

    Download the apps pack from here -->format your sd card -->Transfer contents of apps pack onto SD card. If you are trying to use a different usb loader then you need to add that to your apps folder on your sd card.
