No problems for me, either --- just checked your link.
I can download the file without problem.
One thing I'm curious about. If I do this on my friend's 4.2U Wii, will it "downgrade" him to 4.1U? I keep reading about "Oh, no, the outdated IOS's will crash my menu", or something like that.
I've got to quit snooping around in others' conversations. Just someone confirm to my face that this should work and I'll leave you all alone.
Downgrading to 4.1 is optional, and it won't crash your Wii if you follow this guide. There isn't really any benefit to downgrading for you, so you might as well skip it.
"Macs are the Perfect Computers," said the Perfect Idiot.
Confirming that the method is indeed working on the new anniversary red Wiis (mine has a 4.3e sysmenu).
I have used the YuGiOwned (50hz) method, (the 60hz freezed on me), and I already have BootMii, HBC, and my NAND backup, downloading the modpack now, thank you very much for the great guide.
Another red anniversary wii modded with this guide. I used yu gi vah. I'm wondering... Can I just drag an iso into a USB drive and have it be read by the USB loader that was included in the guide? Sorry if that's a stupid question.
Thanks for the guide! Super easy to follow. Keep up the good work.
