Hello SNES_MASTER, thanks for the reply

Unfortunately, i tried what you said, but it didnt work. The only thing that i see that is working its the eject button... lol

When i turn on, the wii make a strange noise that i think comes from the HD, the screen blinks 1 time and the black screen appears.

    What is the next procedure?

You should post in the brick section of the forum. If it's making a noise it could be a hardware issue but I'm not familiar enough with the Wii's internal hardware to say definitively. We have a few people that check section so you'll get better help there.

If I spelled something wrong, I'll just blame it on auto-correct

I'm having an issue, it doesn't show me the wad's in WAD Manager when it comes to Wii Mod. It just opens an apps and another wad "folder" and when i go in the wad one is just empty all the time, any ideas ?

Did you extract the ModPack properly to the SD card's root directory so the subdirectory structure remains in tact?

If you look at the SD card in Windows Explorer, you should see "apps" and "wad" directory from root, with several other subdirectories in "apps" and a bunch of .wad files in "wad" (with additional subdirectories if you have downloaded some of the optional stuff.)

It's exactly as you've said, but whenever I open it in the Wii Mod -> Wad Manager it shows sd:/ and it lets me only to open the apps or wad and when I go into the Wad subdirectory it keeps on showing me the same thing. Besides that i've had no issues when I've checked the Wads, no errors or such things. I've formatted my card once again even and it doesn't work.

Have you tried another SD card to see if the issue is there?

No, because I haven't got another SD card and if it would've had issues it shouldn't have let me install the HBC i suppose. But other than that, if it keeps on failing i'll go and buy an SanDisk 2GB SD tommorow.

That's another reason why we recommend the SD card. Odds are, you're using SDHC or MicroSD in an adapter. If true, that explains the no-worky.

As you've said nighstah, I was using an SDHC, I've ordered an SanDisk 2GB SD card after I've posted and it should come today or tommorow, I'm still waiting for it, thank you for your reply and help !

Is the Wii Shop channel wad in this guide the most up to date one? I only ask because I was redoing this guide on a Wii that was softmodded before but didn't know what guide was used to I just redid this whole guide and when I tried to install the Wii Shop Channel wad I got this error message "Error installing RVL-Shopping-v21.wad:-1035) Title with a higher version is already installed." Everything else went perfect just as it has with the other Wiis I've modded. Just wondering if the link to the Wii Shop Channel wad should be updated in this guide.

Edit: I overlooked the part in the guide that said i"If you get a 1035 error to do this". I followed that section and everything installed correctly. But it still makes me wonder if the shop channel on the Wii was newer than the one I just installed.
