It also looks like neither WAD manager or Multi-mod manager is in the softmod pack you posted. I found it on another site, but just giving you the heads up. Good write up so far!

I am going to try it on my flawlessly modded 4.2(bootmii as ios), just because I know you are the MAN when it comes to brick recovery. I also opened apps folder and saw no wad manager, but You being You, I am confident.

I can assure you that it is not there. No where are there any files for the MMM app to run. The only difference in the config file from the MMM app I downloaded, and the one you have is the IOS. Yours uses 236 and the one I use states to use 249. I have done exactly what the guide has told me to do word for word. I'm getting Ticket (-2011) on 16 of the wad files, using the MMM I downloaded. I can't even get Bootmii to start up from the softmod pack, and even when I copied it over from the other pack, it only booted into BootMii and had no option to go into any kind of WAD manager.

I'm not trying to be a pain. I swear. Just really want to get this done =/

Just from reading this, after doing a cpl 4.2 and a 3.1 to 4.1, it appears very simplified. I have yet to actually try this guide, but after numerous mods, this appears to be as less complicated as one can ask for.
@OP You can always try one of the more complicated guides for your SM, or send it to me. If bootmii installs as boot2, I'll send you back a brand new, fully modded Wii, JK of course, we will get you modded.

*sigh* I can't get the IOS's to install at all. Only 3 of them install, the rest give a 2011 error. I've tried everything. When I attempt to run BootMii, it just goes to a black screen. I followed the instructions exactly. Formatted the SD card when it said to using the tool linked. Extracted the files exactly as the instructions said, to the root of the SD card. I have read the guide over and over and over. I even tried the alternate fix for when you just get a black screen that uses WAD Manager to install IOS 36. The only way I could get MMM to run is if I put it in the folder and ran it myself. I'm at a loss.....I'm giving up for the night, I gotta be up in 3 hours. I will come back and attempt this again tomorrow, but its driving me up a wall!

Thank you for the assistance, and I apologize for being a pain.
