The pathing from the md5 is this:

    5adc981ba5c5f0d6880818ee174a9ae3 *wad/System Menu-4.1U-v449/EULA-NUS-U-v2.wad
    cdf5f7215f6887926532efee21452050 *wad/System Menu-4.1U-v449/Region Select-NUS-U-v2.wad
    dd01f1e4c69181579d841a0f6b7a59ca *wad/System Menu-4.1U-v449/RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v449.wad

Not sure if the "*" is standard/proforma or not (like a generic pathing thing).

Ok, so I grabbed another sd card and it verified first time around. Not sure if the other card had a problem or Murphy screwing with me. Thanks for the help, and the quick response!

I've kind of ran myself into a problem and have no idea what to do next, I appreciate any help
I was running System 3.1e, so I downloaded the 4.1e-450 update.
Two of the three files installed but I get this error with the third.
    1 did not complete
"RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v450.wad - Title (-1036)" running MMM v13.4 if that helps

    Heres what you do:

    1. Download THIS and extract directly to the apps folder on your SD card.
    2. Download THIS and extract directly to the root of your SD card.
    3. From the Homebrew Channel, Launch IOS 236 Installer and Install IOS236.
    4. Go back to MMM and at the bottom select Load Another IOS, load 236.
    5. Install all 30 wads again. Make sure it is successful this time!
    6. Install the system menu wad again.

Are you putting the three .wad files into your root directory? Or are you preserving the directory structure by placing the three .wad files in sd:/wad/System Menu-4.1U-v449/ ?

The md5 check is expecting it the wad files to exist in that directory.

EDIT: Never mind. I didn't know there was another whole page of this conversation that I didn't read yet.

Yeah, that was the mistake I made, I placed the wad in the WAD folder instead of the root directory.
    Thanks anyway bro.
