    problems when installing wads

my wii is old, 3.1u version.
it went well for chapter 1 and i backuped bootmii nand.
but big problems emerged as installing wads.
i did format a 2g sd card and verify sums of modpack and rvl-shopping-v21 mods,
did download MMM for 3x.zip and extracted directly to the SD card
launched homebrew channel and then launched cboot2 multi-mod manger which is supposed to be working as wiimod

then i saw a black screen titled with "dacotaco's bootmii booter"
    following "loading bootmii…"

    after a while,
    it said:" exception (dsi) occurred!
    GPR00 00000008…(32 group of data here)...GRP31 800362B4...
    ….
    stack dump:... (some data)
    code dump: ...(some data)
it was frozen here, and i had to power off wii by holding down the button.

fortunately, wii didnot become brick and i still could launch the homebrew and mmm, but this time it was frozen at "loading bootmii..." with wii blinking.

i tried to recover wii nand by launching bootmii(copy the bootmii folder back to sd:\), and then launched mmm, the first scenario came back.
then tried to keep the bootmii folder on sd card and then launch mmm, it went directly to bootmii, nothing else i could do.
so i was broken right now.

could someone help me with it? thanks aaaa lots.

Not sure exactly what you are doing there, but after launching MMM from the Homebrew Channel go to Wad Manager. Then install the wads.

hmm, there was no installation failed at any wad during my softmod to my friend's wii and he played smg 2(super mario galxy 2) and mario kart wii properly with no problems.

a question: can i reinstall all the wads again using mmm, just to be safe?

Sure, if you want to. You could also do what llaffer said and post a syscheck. Someone will review it and let you know if everything installed correctly.

mmm means "cboot2 multi-mod manger", right? it did not go to wad manager, but frozen screen as i mentioned.
maybe i missed something else somewhere.

    thanks for your care tho

Did you reformat your SD card after chapter 1, before starting chapter 2? Bootmii files should not be on the SD card at this point (you were to back them up after your NAND back up and keep them in a safe place before formatting the SD card.
