And we don't support cheats, so while we will help you mod your system, we won't help you do whatever it is that you want to do to MW3.

You will be told how many free blocks are in the lower-right corner.

    1711 Blocks open.

    Is this a problem?

So it must be an SD card issue. I have just tried with another card and it does not even show the menu of wiimod in the homebrew channel.
I will try with other cards.

    Thanks Anyway

So I "borrowed" my mothers Wii sometime ago, proceeded to softmod it and then never use it ever again.
In light of recent events she wants it back and she wants to use the store for lovefilm and other stuff.
So I go to sort it out and the Wii wants to upgrade to let me into the store. I'm under the impression this will brick it...

Now I literally remember nothing about the softmodding. My first idea was remove the softmod but as this thread suggests I also run the risk of bricking it.
If I upgrade my softmod or something can I get the store to work like normal???

    Advice most appreciated.

    Also I did a syscheck.

    Spoiler

That system has old versions of just about everything, including HBC.

I would check out the Softmod Any Wii guide in my sig and completely mod it from the top down, don't format or delete anything first. Just go through the guide.

This will update your HBC to 1.1.0, your IOS/cIOSs that are behind, and if you include the optional "Shop Channel v21", then you should be able to go into Shop Channel to download lovefilm.

    It depends on which one.

If there is doubt, run a syscheck and post it here so we can look at it. (directions to generate and post a syscheck is in my sig)
