    Did you try another SD card? You sure it had enough space for the NAND backup?

    So I found my Wii from awhile ago, thought it had been stolen haha.. and I followed this guide as well as I could.. for some reason hackmii installer 1.2 kept freezing no matter which files i used.. but 1.0 worked fine.. and got to the point where i should be using wiimod.. but i can't seem to get it to start either? I ran all the checksums.. but when i put the sd card into the wii and go to HBC and run wiimod asks me to load it.. press that and i just get a black screen and I'm no really sure what to do here? I've tried running another full format of the card but didn't help at all.

    Please post a syscheck. Refer to the link below in my sig on how to do it.

    @silentfire:

    For some reason, older Wiis sometimes have issue with WiiMod (particularly ones prior to System Menu 3.2). Instead of WiiMod, try cjizzle's suggestion here using Multi Mod Manager instead. Also, your SysCheck indicates HBC is running off of IOS 36 (probably because of the older HackMii). Might need to re-run it later and reinstall (but do the MMM thing first).

    @silentfire: if you mean doing an official update, I'd rather you go the way of this softmod (which will accomplish the same thing, but without the issues an official update would represent). Generally speaking, really old Wiis do respond/work with MMM where WiiMod fails to do so. These cases like yours are very rare circumstances (having a Wii that old/outdated, lol).

    Nope. At some point, reload HackMii (making sure you install those initial two IOS prior, 58 is one of the two). Reinstall HBC so that it runs off of IOS 58 (US 2.0 support). You can do that after updating your IOS (that pack of IOS for System Menus < 4.3 --- that's for YOU, lol).

    kk used MMM its now using IOS58 v6176 and it also seems 61 is installed ... so now go back and reinstall hbc using hackmii then im guessing install the wads? just gotta make sure so i dont end up breaking things even more :P

    HBC is now version IOS 58 v 24.32

    still getting 2011 errors on all the wads i ran the checksums and came back with no issues on the md5's anddd the 236 IOS seems to be working just fine installing them (sorry if editing my post a lot is rather annoying :P but 1st 10 wads in the list are now installing fine )

    and last edit haha thanks for all the help apps from the app pack are running fine as far as I can tell so far.
