drunkey, this option is enabled in cfg loader by adding this line to the config.txt file.

CFG should create a config.txt file when you select "save" from one of the settings menu's. If not just create one with notepad and place it in the apps\USBloader folder.
Here is a link which shows other options which can be set in the config.txt file.
This is the contents of my config.txt file with comments in brackets (don't include the comments in the config.txt file)
device = usb (sets cfg to look for games on the hdd)
gui = start (sets cfg to launch in gui mode)
gui_style = carousel (sets the gui style)
covers_path = usb:/apps/USBLoader/covers (these covers_path settings define where cfg stores images, this line defines where the image cache is kept)
covers_path_2d = usb:/apps/USBLoader/covers/2d (2d images)
covers_path_3d = usb:/apps/USBLoader/covers/3d (3d images)
covers_path_disc = usb:/apps/USBLoader/covers/disc (disc images)
covers_path_full = usb:/apps/USBLoader/covers/full (hd images)
return_to_channel = UCXF (returns wii to cfg when exiting a game)
fat_install_dir = 2 (defines naming convention used for wbfs files when backing up a disc through cfg)
Hope this helps.

Checksum error: WAD\IOS-Update\IOS12-64-v526.wad
Many thanks for very detail instruction. I have a problem with this IOS-Update:
WAD\IOS-Update\IOS12-64-v526.wad ERROR: Checksum did not match.
Already tried many times: redownload, re-unzip but still...
Can anyone help?
I should not continue, right?

Yes, the Config.txt file is quite useful. I use it myself. But what's really nice, is the CfgLoaderConfigurator.exe. Can a moderator, staff member, or just plain Expert answer the following question? Just how the heck, is the CfgLoaderConfigurator.exe file generated? Do we download that separately(I forgot where I got it, or if it was generated). Or is it simply unpacked from the WAD. If it's unpacked, the newest WAD here is not working properly. Because I did a fresh hack recently, and the CfgLoaderConfigurator.exe was not generated.

It's included in the full download of the loader here but it should be in sd:/usb-loader

I was under the impression, that it should be part of the Hack located on page/post #1 Clearly that is not the case. Because a freshly hacked Wii, does not result with the application.

maybe because not everyone likes CFG Loader, ever thought of that?

2Mb is hardly worth worrying about. And besides, they don't have to install that WAD

The configurator isn't included in the downloads in this guide, however it is included in the downloads for the Configurable USB Loader Guide. It is not a wad/part of a wad it is a windows executable which is downloaded.
I would imagine it is not included in this guide because it's discussion is probably best left in the CFG Guide. It is more to do with configuring the loader rather than softmodding a wii.
If you are interested this is a link which discusses the configurator and has a download link to obtain it.

Ok. Now I think I remember. In order to have the most up to date CFG loader, I probably went right to the source. And then I noticed the file. Or read about it in the thread. Thanks 01-0077

Thanks 01-0077! That line of code helped out with my Wii console which was also suffering from the same problem. Hopefully it'll work for my relative's console next week.
