So when you select them to open(WiiMC & Snes9gx) ,does it go right back to the Wii Menu?
If it does then they are Forwarder channels, and you will need to have them installed in the apps folder in the sd card.

Forwarder channels look to the Sd card in the apps folder for the app you are trying to load.

K... At first I had tried the latest beta of CFG USB Loader & it didn't set it self up like it use to... So I decided to try the v70 Mod R35 that comes in the App Pack v4 of this guide... And I am having the same problem...

First I made sure there are no CFG USB Loader folders or files anywhere on my USB... Then I copied over the "USB Loader" folder from the App Pack v4 to the Apps folder to the USB drive.. Then I choose CFG USB Loader thru the HBC... It loaded v70 R34 / Auto... Once it loads the first thing it asks is "[+] Select WBFS device: < USB Mass Storage Device>" I hit [A] to choose USB Device... It mounts the USB & it finishes loading... (For some reason under the info where I get to choose between a USB or SD it shows the following info in gray: Loader Version: 70r34 / CFG base: sd:/usb-loader / FS: [ usb: ntfs: ] / IOS249 (r21008) / Base: IOS56 d2x v8final mload v1.0) Not sure why it thinks is a SD base when I am choosing the USB...

Now when I go into Settings / System it has Device: USB & Partition: Fat1 so that is correct but under Admin Lock: On which I've never chosen a lock for it... Is there a default password for it??? Also I can't save settings because it says SD:/ is not accessible & and gives me the same errors when I try to update anything online... Also it always ask me to choose device when ever I restart CFG USB Loader... And it never creates the root USB-Loader folder like it did in the past for the covers and settings etc...

I've never had problems with CFG USB Loader in the past but not sure what's going on... Do u have to run it the first time on a SD card before moving everything to a USB drive first... Or what's going on here...

But my advice is to go ahead and install the d2x v8 Final wads, as I said, they won't hurt your Wii.

really considering this know, I hope it would fix some issues of of freezing from big games like Smash Bros and Other M. haven't tried the other games yet which might have some issues int the future

Well, I do have the d2x v8 Finals that we're talking about and I can confirm both Smash Bros Brawl and Metroid Other M work for me, you might also want to try re-ripping the games and setting them to use a different IOS (223&224 work for me with SSBB)
