    Hey guys, does the OP have the cIOS and USB loader files that are updated to allow for more USB drive compatibility?

    I have a 16GB Kingston G3 USB drive and it hasn't been working. Hoping I didn't waste money buying an incompatible drive.

    i've no problem using WiiMC functions; rmvb movies, mp3, dvd , youtube,...etc.
    you may like to try the sd:\apps\wiimc\boot.dol

    Check the drive compatibilty list (link in my sig). Try it with different loaders. But to answer your question, yes. The cIOS installed with this guide are the latest non-development versions. The loaders are also up to date (except for WiiFlow, which is one rev behind. That wont change USB compatibility though.).

    Already checked the link before posting..

    Will try with different loaders.

    So far wiiflow and USB CFG Loader haven't worked though.

    Be sure you're using FAT32 as the file system. And if you don't get it to work, be sure to post on the compatibility list so that others don't make the same mistake you did.

    Right in the chapter 1 I got a problem.

    * Installing 1/2 IOS58-64-V6175.wad - OK!
    * Installing 2/2 IOS61-64-V5661.wad - Title (-1035)

    [#] Final Status - 1 completed successfully.
    - 1 did not complete

    I used the hbc to install and i tried to use de bannerbomb and got the same thing.

    Should I proceed with tutorial or should I do something about it?

    I updated my wii to 4.1U with a tutorial in this forum some time ago.

    Thanks.

    I softmodded my wii back in 2010, and have priiloader v0.4 installed. Since I can't acess the HBC v1.0.8 from the priiloader menu, I'm interested in updating it.

    Question: do I need to remove priiloader v0.4 from my wii before updating, or can I just run priiloader 0.7 236mod that I downloaded with ModMii?

    Thanks in advance.
