What is look for spoiler about updating and with homebrew installed, for 200 alex.
quick question. When you enable the Region Free Everything or Region Free Wii Games from priiloader, does that mean it can read and play PAL Game backups? or does it still need to be NTSC games in Canada?
Starting with Part 1 my Wii decides to fail already.
Installing the IOS', I get this.
* Installing 1/2: IOS 58-64-v6175.wad - Title (-1012)
* Installing 2/2: IOS 61-64-v5661.wad - Title (-1012)[*] Final Status - 2 Did not complete.
EDIT: I am using a Sandisk MicroSD 2GB and I formatted using that program that was up for installation.

Thanks mauifrog... just followed this tut on a 4.3u and it worked like a charm. It could not have been simpler!!!
I´ve a Sofmodded wii with 4.3 Wanikoko update.
This will work too in my wii right?
This will overwrite everything I have like HBC, etc, etc!?
hey guys I need help.. My wii was softmodded previously on 4.3U but the usbloader was kinda giving me random freezes so I decided to try mauifrog's method for softmod to 4.1. I believe mine is a PAL wii. Anyway, I'm using component cables and the wii looks normal before the mauifrog's softmod. After I softmodded it, the whole wii home screen shows two black bars at each side. However, when I load up usbloader gx 2.0, it shows in fullscreen (no black borders, bars). Certain japanese games I've tried played in fullscreen, but most NTSC games I own shows the two black bars at each side when I play them. I have tried changing back to composite cables, and it showed up fine(without the black bars). I have played with both my wii and tv settings but to no avail.
The weird thing is previously it was showing fine, but after the softmod it becomes like that.
Need help here.
Im on 4.3u followed this guide and it downgraded my am to 4.1. What would happen if I installed the ios update that's not neccesary for 4.3? Would it revert am back to 4.3?
Ok. Is there any way to revert back to sm 4.3? Just curious in case I feel like it later on down the road.
There is absolutely NO reason to do it anyhow.WARNING: This is a version patched System Menu, running on a version patched cios60. NEVER replace cios60-v54321 with ios60-6174. Doing so will brick your wii if you update from Nintendo. Never update from Nintendo, don't MUCK up cios60-v54321. You have been warned.
