    1. download the latest NeoGamma_R9beta51.
    2. unzip and put those folder and files into SD card as prompted. [ SD:\Neogamma, SD:\apps\Neogamma ]
    3. insert this SD card and use as is {assuming you're using Forwarder or HBC->apps} .
    4. or, .......you can replace the associated files of Neogamma_R9B10 in SD card with the files from step-2.

First off, the big text and bold will get you nowhere. Giving us details about where you are at with the guide and errors you're having will get you a little more help.

You pretty much told us: I have a honda. It's broke. What's wrong?

The more details you provide the better. Our hands our tied till you provide that.

Problem with downloading the first 25 WADs

I followed the steps given, and am using a 2gb sd card, but on the 7th WAD (Ch. 2 part 1) it freezes and instead of saying OK, it says "ticket" I assume this is a WAD "failing", but I dont know how to fix this. It probably doesn't matter but the one it fails on is - cios20-v6174-TED. I have tried it multiple times. When Mauifrog says: "If the wad still fails, press B to go back to the main menu, select reload ios, reload ios236, then try to install the wad that is giving you trouble again. DO NOT PROCEED TO THE NEXT STEP UNTIL ALL WADS INSTALL" I do not know what to do as i dont see the option for "reload ios or reload ios236" in the menu. I did see "Install and patch IOS 236" (which I tried), and "Choose A different IOS" (I tried this as well. When it gave me the different IOSs to choose i chose ios 236 which was already in use so it was reloaded.

    Nand backups...

I was wondering, if sofmoding a Wii that was allready sofmoded using an older guide and did a backup of the NAND then (and still have it) should it be saved again or is it just a waste of time (this process takes a bit of time). Would the new backup be exactly the same as the previous one?

ok well I guess it can't hurt to do it again...

Hey guys, I'm having this pretty strange problem with Wii Remotes (motion plus inside) after modding. I've followed the Softmod ANY Guide, starting with a 4.1U Wii (how it was when I bought it). I've followed the tutorial, word for word, and everything is working perfectly fine, except that one of my Wii remotes turns off as soon as any homebrew is launched (Homebrew Channel, Loaders). It's not a sync issue, as I've synced them several times using the sync button on the console...From there, it also does all kinds of screwy stuff.

I have a black and a pink Motion Plus INSIDE remote. The black one, which I used for the entire modding process works fine. I'm able to turn the console on, nav the SM, etc. Doesn't seem to have any issues. The pink one, however, can turn on the console, navigate the SM, but once ANY homebrew is launched, it turns off. It turns back on again after closing homebrew...

I'm not a pro when it comes to cIOS and things of that nature, but like I said, I followed the tutorial word for word, and didn't encounter any errors along the way.

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

edit: Still testing...On system menu, black remote is player 1, pink is player 2. Launch Homebrew, pink remote turns off and doesn't respond to any button presses (no lights). Return to SM, and pink remote turns right back on, again as player 2...wtf lol. Here's where it gets weird...Turn console off. Turn on using Pink remote, Pink is now player 1. I press A on the black controller to make it player 2...works ok so far. Start homebrew, pink controller turns off (doesn't light up at all), black remote remains on and player 2.

Seriously...this is messed up. Any help?

edit: Still testing...the black remote doesn't seem to have any issues at all actually. But no matter what I do, the pink controller turns off for any homebrew, loaders...etc. As of now, I have no way of playing 2 player games...Just tried turning console off: Turn on with Pink, player 1, open USB loader, remote turns off, press A to turn back on = remote lights flash non-stop. My other remote can get through these steps perfectly fine...Is there something defective with the pink controller or is this a modding issue?

Anyone have any advice for my remote issue? I've been testing and testing, researching...can't seem to find anything helpful.

*Thanks for the reply below. Just wish I could figure this thing out. I get the feeling my (c)IOS settings are messed up, but I don't know enough about that to tinker too much. I just follow the tutorials word for word...in MMM, where it says "load another IOS", it also says "Current: IOS58 v6176"...Shouldn't I be on IOS249 or IOS250? I don't understand how it got set to IOS58...I can change it to IOS249 from there. Does that help? Ugh...this is frustrating. Never had these problems with the modded Wii I did last year...

Why does it say all 25 wads need to be installed when only 13 wads is present when I download the ModPack-NTSC-U.zip?

I'm missing something here? I have 13 wads and all 13 installed but I'm afraid to continue. I do see 25 wads for the update IOS Update.zip but not for the ModPack-NTSC-U.zip.

    Anyone can help me out?
