    thanks
wiigators cMIOS is already installed on your wii, so you don't need it. It is for playing gc-backups.

I've been following this post for quite some time now.
I bought a black wii (4.2 version at the time) around the end of July. Unknowing that I shouldn't update, I activated the wii connect 24. You can understand what happened.
So, until now, I've been waiting for some way to hack my wii that doesn't need any game. I'm getting restless though.
What do you think, should I buy the Lego game, the sd card and the external hard disk and proceed with the hack or should I wait a bit longer?
Also, I've heard that for recent black wiis the only way to play burned games is from an external hard disk. Can anyone confirm this?
One more question: What do you think of, proceeding with the buy, getting the game in second hand from amazon UK (and all the other itens from there as well)?

    Thanks in advance!
yes u cant play dvd from black wii, but you should get a external HDD anyway, its way more fun!!!!:P
cant you just rent the game or something??
press THANKS , it brightens my day

i am now trying to load wiimc. i push load it shows bar graph loading then it goes to a screen that has several items on it. up one level (sd1), darkcorp_v1.1 installer, duck_hunt, fcevgx, homebrew_browser,
radiow, savegame manager.gx, smw-wii, Snes9xGX, USBLoader, vbagx, wiimc, wiimc-channel-installer. it looks like there is a picture of a file in front of each of these. when i click on wiimc it goes to Up One Level (sd1:/APPS) then under it there is, css. when you click on css it goes to Up One Level(sd1:/APPS/WIIMC). what am i suppose to do here?

That is strange, perhaps ciosx-r20 does not like your HD. Try to edit sd:\usbloader\config.txt and change the ios from 250 to 249.

Sorry, but this has nothing to do with this guides topic. Post your questions in a adequately title thread in the proper section of the forum.

god damn, its 04 am here in Sweden and im still upp configuring

it seems that i have suceeded in my attempt to copy my original Indiana Jones-game to a portable usb-flash-stick-drive (formated with fat32)

although.. if i try to put a game directly to the flash-usb-drive (attached to my pc), the wii-flow would not recognize it.. now why is this?

i had a game in .iso (was about 4.5gb), and remaked it with the "wii game manager", and i choosed the "split" -option.. but only 1 file was made - should it be like that? (also this file was only 808mb large)

should i reformate the usb-flash-drive to the WBFS -standard instead? will this make it easier to transform an .iso -file of the game to a playable for the wii?

sorry about my rubbish english.. but my god.. its 04:04 in the morning
