No that is fine it is only recommended for use with 1TB or under. I use a 1TB drive 1 partition formatted to fat32, i use it back and forth with my pc to store a mixture of data

My brother was able to rescue my data (don't know if it's all safe but so far only about 6 Wii games have broken). Anyway I'm just wondering if this might be because I'm using a partition of 146gb as FAT32?
Is it just your Wii partition that's been corrupting?

    Thank You, Pob3008...Awesome guide!

I use a 2TB WD and Partition 1.3Tb for Fat32 and 670Gb's (Give Or Take) For NTFS For (Wii Games).
    Works Perfect.

Yeah, just the Wii partition. The PC partition has been good...so far anyway. It's weird though cause I did a surface test and I have no bad sectors on the HDD so I don't know why it'd be doing that.

Have you tried just running Disk Check on the disk?

Tried, it didn't help. I was able to have my brother recover most of data without issue (a few games got corrupted) but the problem appears to be solved now. I think it was a case of VBAGX trying to save to the HDD without waking it first (the drive seemed to have fallen asleep after playing Donkey Kong for about an hour lol).
