IOS58 (rev 6176) according to "sysCheck".

    Full systems check here

    Spoiler

I've tried USB Loader GX but it apparently needs an IOS that's not currently loaded onto my SD card.

Hi guys. I've been trying for 3 days now to update my wii with no lasting success. I originally modded my wii in late 2009 and its been working great since with a few minor updates made as needed. I had a great setup with Triiforce and Wiiflow for nand and wbfs respectively, and had dabbled with GC backups via Neogamma. I checked the site last week and saw the new FAT32 changes and Wiiflow nand emu + DML support and figured it was time for a revamp. On a side note I deleted my half-full wbfs drive an hour before the post about wbfs2fat FML!

But yeah, my goal is to get Wiiflow configured for Emu nand + wbfs + DML or at least the first two for now. I went through the new softmod guide and updated everything, followed this guide as well as the Wiiflow nand emu, and also the DML one. My HDD is compatible (WD My Passport Essential 320GB), and has two partitions, one with apps folder and the other with wbfs and fake nand. The wbfs/nand partition is set to active. Here is a syscheck for my wii.

    Spoiler

Ok. So heres where I get confused. Nomatter how I try Wiiflow gives me nothing except for DML if my SD is in (and my real nand of course). Does not show nand or my wbfs games, only asks me to select partition. When I try and change partition it is either unavailable or switches to something else that doesn't work. HOWEVER, my wbfs games show up in CFGUSBLoader and work fine! Don't know where to go from here. I thought DML would be the hard part lol but its just my luck! Thanks for the help!

if it works with cfg then it is probably not a problem with the hd and maybe more to do with Wiiflow or the Wiiflow.ini

Makes sense, but I've tried everything I can think with the .ini and get the same result every time. Is there anything else I can do short of virginize + rehacking??

My initial thinking is Wiiflow doesn't like your drive

Just an FYI, I have been using that same drive for a few years and no problems with the latest Wiiflow. The only differences in my setup from OPs is I am running d2x v7 final with a single fat32 partition on my HDD.

Sent using the WiiHacks app. Please excuse the brevity, punctation, and spelling.

Are you referring to me when you say OP or Pob? I might try to downgrade d2x to v7final or try the new release for v8 (r42) today. Will also try and tweak partitions and directories to see if I get lucky.

I was talking about your setup somewii lol. I run my apps from SD and have a single fat32 partition on the HDD - no problems with any loaders.
