I was trying to get nand emulation to work with my hard drive instead of sd card and some how i accidently hit extract nand in wiiflow now all my files and games are encrypted the only file that isnt is the wiiflow file and inside of that folder is nanemu. Any ideas how to get all my games back and the wii is semi bricked wont play any discs thanks

Is this guide still up to date or is there a better way for nand emulation?

Ok there a couple things I am confused on and maybe this is the reason for some of the problems I am running into.

    Problems are as follows:

Using WiiMod or Wad-Manager I cannot get the USB device to mount. I have formatted to FAT32 with 32kb sectors, I have done 7 0-passes to make sure there isn't any remnants of ANY data left over from previous uses. This is the same drive I was using to run backup games from so I know the drive works.

Every time I try to open <USB mass storage device> I get retrieving file list...error! (ret - 1) and will not show any files.

I looked up this error and most responses were fixed by formatting - hence the 7 pass wipe I have performed to no avail.

    Now to the confusion -

In the guide it specifies d2x-v7 but the link listed is for d2x-v8. Is there some other instructions for v8 vs v7?

I installed v8 via wad install method from my SD card. How can I tell if the cIOS have installed correctly?

Assuming the v8 was installed correctly. I proceeded to the next step which was injecting wads via showmiiwads, that completed without error.

After which is on to installing wiiflow

Now, the instructions say to download Wiiflow and links to a page with multiple downloads. What file am I supposed to download from this link?

I downloaded the Wiiflowv4.1 zip and moved the boot.dol. Is this incorrect?

    "
place the file you downloaded there (may need to rename the file to boot.dol)" There is only one *.dol file and its the priiloader file.

Then taking the *.ini file and putting in the Wiiflow folder with the above mentioned *.dol.

I end up with the same file structure but the USB device will not mount.

    Please advise

It seems more of a usb issue than anything, maybe try using the latest revision of d2x for better usb compatibility as for the file to download u r correct with wiiflow 4.1, it might be worth noting the ini file may not be compatible so I would run wiiflow first without it.
