    Spoiler

Hello, Firstly can I say this has been a great guide. Unfortunately, I am still failing.
I know you have had plenty of people asking about stuff. I have had every problem listed in this thread I believe.
I did the whole Softmod ANY Wii guide. I am running a black wii, 4.2E.

So in the final stages my SD card had wiiflow on it. This caused a few issues. I only saw apps not my emunand. As someone else said they had a whole bunch of icons showing Wiiflow symbols so only wiiflow would reload itself.

I then had both nands, one on root of my USB, and one in USB/nand. This at least had them showing up in the menu. I assumed I needed mine in the usb root as when I loaded my USB it made the folders in the root though empty. Eventually through trial and error root was indeed correct. I changed the .ini file though just in case. (least I think its just \ rather than \nand\)

I then read in this thread about someone using showmii wads with his usb. I failed to read the bit that he had issue with copying files this way as they did not show up in wiiflow. This was another of my problems too. I had to modify my nand on the pc then copy that over.

I even had issue with download cover art. I had installed a few items for testing, wiiware. The files showed up, worked, and had art. However when I added more files on the pc and finally had them show up in wiiflow, the art needed to be deleted and reinstalled from scratch, but I guess that could of been an .ini issue from b4.

Basically after all this, I restarted from the part where you install the "app pack v3b" of the Any wii guide. I deleted all wii flow stuff from the SD card and followed the guide here, I pressed A on the Channel icon to bring up the USB fish bowl icon and my list of installed games. I had downloaded the art. Which had none for sega sms and sega genesis i noticed. The wiiware game worked. The VC games have not so far. All the VC games go to a black screen and require the wii be shutdown and restarted. I dont know how to fix this, I have tried everything here and in various other threads. I wonder if I am missing some IOS or cIOS. Or if there is another program I can / should use.
I have read this thread and others over and over so IF I am being superiorly thick, I totally apologize. I am missing something and I have spent so much time going in circles I am dizzy and I think my brains melted.

Thank you for replying. I have since had another look, trying to solve my issue. The wii is pal, the wads are ntsc. I tried to region change them in showmiiwads 1.4. That didnt change anything. I have no other paths to take. I have given up for now. I will load emus or triiforce.

    Thanks again.

    Hi there,

I've been trying to get some wiiware wads up and running via wiiflow but i can't get wiiflow to load my emulated nand. I've pressed many fishbowls and channel buttons but the only thing I can get to is my SD-slot, the wii's internal nand or the wbfs folder. I recently followed the 'softmod any wii' since I had a mothballed softmod. could it be a problem that wiiflow was installed via my SD? I checked my nand extraction folder recently and my wads are installed. I even copied the folder to a seperate partition but it won't work..
    Thanks in advance.

U need to use a fresh install of wiiflow and not have the sd card inserted. If it still doesn't recognise the nand then put it on the root of the USB device and not In a nand folder

@mckenziesdaddy try modmii to run a virtual setup (sneek or uneek). Modmii will hold your hand and walk you through it. Also Google neek2o.

Thank you for your quick reply, I got it working! I decided to read through older posts and one said i shouldn't place my nand als a folder, but place the contents of the nand folder directly on the root of my usb drive. I also installed ios 236 and used a new boot.dol from wiiflowiki. Don't know what helped but I don't care.

    Thanks again!

Sorry to bother you again.. thought I had it working. I tried playing some wiiware games but at some point the seem to freeze. This point seems to be totally random. being over-enthoustiastic i installd about 40 wads in my nand. Could this be the problem or is it something else. I have ios 58 and ios 236 installed.

Is this happening with your regular wii games at all?
