I think I've noticed a sort of blurrines in GC games played with backups this way, mostly during cutscenes and the like. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Edit: Never mind, figured it out. Was just a TV HZ thing.

Alright, I'm having some trouble here.. Can't even get past the first step.Downloaded the cMIOSv10 .. Put the file onto the root of the SD. Put the Wiigator file in the app folder.I launch it from Homebrew Channel. It enters a black screen where I can choose which IOS to install with.. I select IOS249, press A, and it freezes right there, every time.No further options.. It just becomes completely unresponsive.I'm not sure what I should do :/

Use IOS236 to do the install.

I will edit the guide to instruct users to use IOS236. The installer may not work correctly with all the different base IOS's of d2x cIOS. Although, if you have IOS249 installed with d2x cIOS base of 38 or 56, the installer should work correctly. One of the requirements of NeoGamma is that you have d2x cIOS installed with a base of 56 to IOS249, which should also get the cMIOS installer working correctly.

    edit-
I just tested the cMIOS installer with IOS236 and IOS249 (d2x base of 56) and it works fine.

Like I can't find cMIOSv10. Is there a video tutorial or something cause that will be very helpful.

In one of the readme files i the download it tells you where to get it. You really should read all of the info to be sure you are doing things correctly. NUS downloader will get you the file you are looking for.

I got it to work. I burnt the disk and everything. It reads it but it just restarts the wii. I played around with the GC settings but no dice. I used a DVD-R 16x 4.7GB 120min. I got the ISO from -Cut-. It works on the dolphin 3.0 32 bit. I used pokemon channel as sorta a test but all that shows up is a greenish screen.

I'v bought the game a long time ago. I'v never pirated a game in my life. If I really am Pirating the FBI will know and arrest me. I have the box and disc but the disc was scratched to death so it dosent work anymore. I'll edit my post if that is what its all about.

EDIT: I still need some help...

    B button? Patched Mios?

Okay, so I installed Neogamma, used MultiGameISOCreator, FSTFix, Verbatim DVD-Rs, and consulted the GBAtemp lists.

I made one disc with 6 games that all tested fine.

I made another disc and encountered some issues. One game stuck on a green screen. Another worked but said the memory card was damaged.

The GBAtemp list mentions "You MUST boot it in Patched MIOS mode (B Button on backup launcher screen) or else it will get stuck on the green screen. "

Question 1) What is patched MIOS and how do I patch it?

Question 2) B button on the Wii Remote or on the GC remote? And which screen? I couldn't find any details on how to do this b button thing.

    Thanks.
