Yes, burn it to DVD and let the Wii auto update from the DVD. Once fixed you should be able to play the games you were able to before. But read the section on avoiding semi-bricking and bricking your wii. Best thing is to never update from a game always use wii setting to update.
Hi, i did upgrade from 2.7 to 3.4 and now followed all steps to downgrade to 3.2, When i got to step 9 i installed wad manager 3 ok. i then went to do step ten and i can get onto homebrew but it is empty. it does not read the card. also the world symbol in bottom corner is flashing. can someone please tell me what i did and is the wii semi blocked now. any help would be greatly appreciated, (newbie, bought for the kids) thanks a bunch.
Any help will be appriecated i semi bricked my Wii with a PAL version of Punch Out i tried the US version of these disc no luck i also tried using the US version of punch out no luck... Also tried twlight didnt work.. Do i have to wait for the next update? any guidance is much appriecated
The same thing happened to me (like EviLEvO514) - anybody know the fix for this? I cannot access the Wii settings. It yields to a white screen with some URL that cannot be found. I don't have those Twilight/HBC/Bootmii/etc. thingies installed. It is modded, though I don't know the brand of the chip.

Hey Mark i think the solution for our problem is as soon as a new update comes out with the game for example (EA Active Sports) *i have no idea when that is* not EA we can just update it and make sure its NTSC... thats what ive found out so far if u have any update on the fix let me know too thanks
