Semi bricked but cannot solve, HELP!!

Hi, I am new.
I don't know when my wii became semi brick and also don't know which version it is. I just know my wii is JPN ver and checked from internet, it is GC2-D2B, I don't know what is it.
I had burn JAP v.288 repad and also tried JAP v.288 in ISO by NERO. Both doesn't work. Just show japanese charactor in black background and question mark. Should I burn the ISO file by IMGBurn? Or DVD-R or DVD+R?
Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

GC2-D2B is the dvd control-chip in ur Wii console. it doesn't tell what version (e.g. 3.xJ) u're in. use ImgBurn, 2X speed, DVD-R, for less chance of read error.

Can I use this method to solve my semi bricked problem? If "yes", I certainly will try.

I use DVD-RW to burn the 288repad.iso, Should I use DVD-R only???
Can I use Homebrew to do so??

Thanks for help!!

the iso's that u've tried might not be higher than the semi-bricked one. pls try a game with 3.4j update.
never use 3.4E !
