Install any channels you wish to have
    cIOS70-v6174-v3.5.wad with wadmanager
    Install priiloader v0.3b
Get a hacks.ini on your sd-card from HERE
Add block online update hack from HERE
Hold reset, boot into priiloader, click hacks, Enable: block disk updates, block online updates
You can also update your cios- CB2_BB2_Cios38-r17-installer.zip

Remember- the 4.2 update bricks Korean wii's
After doing this, if backups do not work from the disk channel- you where cheated and do not have a modchip.
Ok Friend. Got many things and making a list for same...still some confusion ( Following your last Rule -Never Rush- Ask before update

*) I do not have internet connection with WII. So i will be downloading with NUS Downloader and keeping in root directory and specifying the DOP MOD.
This is complicated as i would need what to download...Please clarify below points)

    1) For Install ios36 and ios60 with patches, I do not have patched ios36. IOS 60 you specified in above post so I can have it from there.

    2) Then I have downloaded system menu 4.1U (as I am on 3.2U korean modified wii right now) and I will install it with Wad manager.

    3) For "Reinstall the rest of your other ios files without patches. This will remove cIOSCORP" - is complicated for me to understand.
Please please specify what to reinstall?? would i get a list om DOP IOS MOD what my system has?? So that I can download and keep on SD card and install those IOS...

    d) To remove stubs I am going to follow below guide .

    Deleting Stub IOS - - - - - - - - - -

    1) Start Dop-IOS MOD via Homebrew Channel and press A to continue.

    2) Use the right arrow button "->" on your wiimote to select a trucha-signed IOS (IOS36 if you have just completed the above guide) and press A to continue.

    3) Press A again once the IOS has successfully loaded and the Dop-IOS MOD menu will now come up. Select Remove Stubbed IOSs and press A.
The application will now take you through your stub IOS one by one. The stubs we are concerned about are IOS222, IOS223, IOS249, and IOS250.
It is not necessary to delete any others. Select each of the aforementioned stubs (if they are present) and press A to delete them.

Rest of the steps are very clear to me. Please please clear above points to me.

It is not important, you could or not- it is up to you. You won't notice either way.

Just need some more info before I send you off in a direction. The wii boots to black screen? Do you have bootmii boot2? Do you have priiloader? Do you have a gc-controller? Have you tried savemiifrii?
Read this for details on the above-
OH SH*T: Black Screen of WII!!!

Post back here with your findings.
