Okay I got the files split into like Six files.
    Code:

I put in the "nand.bin" "keys.bin" and the "bootmii_ios.bin" files. I was going to put just the nand file and 7zip went all homo (lolz) and said I needed more then 1 file to split so I added those in there.

But anyways please let me know if this helps. I'm still having troubles accessing the Shop Channel. OH! I have a question as well. Can I load WBFS files from my friends SD HC Card? its a 16GB Sandisk. Works really well with programs and emulators and such. was just curious if it was possible to load those files on a SD Card. I tried using wbfsGULv14.3 and it didn't work when I tried to load Wiiflow or USB Loader GX it did nothing. so was hoping there was some other program I can load WBFS files with on the SD Card.

Please let me know and hopefully the NAND backup helps.

When you turn on the wii and load the message board, what is the date? Be sure to set it proper.

    Try this.
    Load wiimod from hbc backup
    reload ios236
go to the advanced menu, select title manager
    select system titles
    delete ios0 if found
go back to title manager menu
    select system channels
    delete all system channels
    power of the wii
    Reboot and load hbc backup
    load hackmii installer
try to install or post installer.log

Okay so I reloaded IOS236 and went to the advanced menu and selected any title manager, went to system titles and didn't find any IOS0. Now heres where am stuck you want me to delete all the system channels? as in BC, MIOS,IOS 4, IOS 9, IOS 10, and all the way up to IOS 90 to IOS 202,222,223,224,236,245,246,247,248,249,250,251,25 4 and SYSMENU? Won't this brick my friends wii if I delete all of those? plus I would have to softmod it again wouldn't I? that took quite some time for that. please let me know I mean I don't want to brick my friends Wii, I just ordered him a HD cable for his Wii today so we could play online on Mario Kart. let me know if I should do this or not.

No those are system titles. I want you to delete system channels, shop news photo etc. They are under system channels.

I also what you to delete ios 58 and ios 61. Then install ios36 v1042 without any patches.

Try the hackmii installer again. If it fails post the installer.log.
If hackmii 1.0 fails download a copy of hackmii 0.6 installer and try that.

Here is the thing, your wii is boot2 compatable, so you need to get boot2 bootmii installed.

I took your nand.bin and installed it on my wii. But I could not reproduce your issue, hackmii installed fine. The only bad thing about the nand was all the system channels had errors on nandbincheck.

By deleting ios 58 and 61 and installing 36v1042 it should make hackmii install with ios36 allowing you to install boot2 bootmii.

Okay so where can I download IOS36-64-v1042? I tried to google it and couldn't find it. if you can upload it to mediafire that would be perfect. I will delete ios 58 and 61 and install ios36 v1042 once I can find it or you can post it probably would be better. I wouldn't want to get the wrong one and have something bad happen when I go install it. Do you have a link for hackmii 0.6? I have the new 1.0 downloaded.

Okay so I just finished downloading all the files from both websites. I will delete ios 58 and ios 61. And now, do I install all of the wads you listed, or no? and I will try hackmii 1.0 once I install which wad's I should install first and if that doesn't work then I'll try hackmii 0.6.
