I just tried it, and question marks appears just as if I was using the bannerbomb/HackMii setup.

    I'll keep researching = D

    EDIT:
Tried all bannerbomb versions, none of which worked. With bannerbombing in data management, I assume you mean the SD tab on channels, just like the "usual" method, right?

Media fire links look to be down

Anybody have these files anywhere else, tried media fire and they appear to be no longer hosted. Thanks.

If step A fails, move onto to step B, and then retry step A.
If this still fails, repeat step B, only this time use IOS 250 rather than 36. This worked for me. If 250 doesnt work, try 202, 222, 223 or 249 in turn until one works. From then on, continue with the guide, and wherever it says IOS 36, use IOS 250 (or whatever IOS you replaced 36 with).

There is no mistake in with the IOS 34 thing you mentioned, just follow the guide to the letter and it should work.

Hopefully this should help, I had the exact same problem about an hour ago and this fixed it. Good luck!
Still problem, Only Ios 36 starts and I get error : Installing Title Error 1035
All other Ios the same problem: Wii remote blinks and Wii doesn't respond anymore!

I don't have Ios 202, every guide I tried didn't work, always somewhere an error.

Hope someone can really help me out, btw I do have a chip installed!

Sounds like stepA failed. Do as the guide says, goto stepB. And if that fails, goto step1.

    Question

Okay, I installed the homebrew channel, did all the steps up to step 5, and it says:
    -Install ios70patched from D7
    -Install Preloader from D7
I don't know what this means, what is D7?

edit: Okay, where can I find ios70 patched? And preloader?

edit again: I found a link to "IOS70-64v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug].wad, but when I try to install it shows me a ret = -2011 error.
I tried installing it by putting it in the wads folder of Step1.zip because I didn't really know what else to do.

Step 5: goto Full hacking guide for 4.2 system menus!!!!

You have to goto that guide.

ret =-2011 suggests that you do not have cios installed. The above guide will get that for you as well.

Okay, the Wii doesn't seem to be recognizing when I put the files on the SD card.
I've tried putting Install cios249.rar, Install cios249_ios36_inc.rar, Uninstall_stub_ios36_inc.rar, Uninstall_stub_2_ios36_inc.rar, and Uninstall_stub_3_ios36_inc.rar on it and none of them are being recognized, when I check the SD card on the Wii, it acts as if there's nothing there. I've tried part B and C of the Full Hacking guide, that's where I got those files.

Also the Homebrew channel is empty, there's nothing on it. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this now or not. The Full Hacking guide is saying to go to the HBC after I put the SD card in with the install cios249 file, but as I said, it's not recognizing any of it.

You have to unrar those rar files on your pc with a program such as winrar or rarzilla, you cant put the compressed rar file directly on the SD. Look on HERE for these. Then you can extract the files and it should be recognised by your SD if you put it in the right place.

For .dol and .elf files, the file path on your SD card should be:
    K:/apps/foldername/boot.dol
(Obviously your drive letter may be different, and you can change foldername)

    For wads:
    K:/WAD/example.wad

This should make your wii recognise them.
