4.2 must be causing a problem for your WiiKey, then. I take it that prior to 4.2 update, your WiiKey took care of everything and your Wii is not softmodded. You can either get a new modchip that is 4.2 compatible, check with this site's sponsors or you can add a softmod to your Wii. A Wii can be both chip- and soft-modded.

i was wondering if two games use the same ios do you have to intall it for both games i have two games both say ios 55 but one palys fine but the other doesnt.

No you'd normally only need to install IOS55 once for every game that requires it. It's possible that your version of the game is different in some way to the game we checked. This list is an indicator not the definitive truth as games can be scrubbed and modified to call for different IOS using applications.

I have a problem with MySims Agents it is PAL like my wii and I still get a black screen through USB loader. Should I try with a disc?? I think I have installed the needed IOS before.

Check that you have the required IOS installed by using homebrew apps such as DOP-IOS or Anytitlelister. Both are available on Wiibrew.

Does Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex require a specific IOS that I might not have?

I can load it fine with disc but with usb loader I just get black screen. All other games run fine on usb.

3.2E, cIOS38 rev14, hermes 222 and 223 rev4 installed. Tried 3 usb loaders and all the cioses but not getting anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
