The dvd is not the problem. I used to play these games until I had the great idea if connecting the Wii to the internet and automatically. updated hbc. I'm sure I'm missing a Iso I just don't know which one.

What is error -1012?
I'm getting this error and I can not find any info on it, I created my own topic for it here
I have resolved error -1012 at my post linked above. It was due to not having the trucha bug installed on the cios's and topped off with the fact that once you downgrade/upgrade IOS15, you can not downgrade it again.
I'd like to thank Tealc for helping me figure out I was missing the trucha bug on my cIOSs.

I have a ? your list says I can fix error 1029 by uninstalling IOS249 and that the problem lies in cIOS37.
now, you may call me a noob but I don't know how. I don't have anytitle deleter installed.
My Wii runs on 3.3E and softmodded, play games with neogamma r7 on IOS 249.
It's not a bad wad, because I uninstalled a game and tried to re-install the same wad and still got the error and I have enough free space left.
I tried to fix the problem by installing cIOSCORP v3.4. (it overwrote IOS37 with IOS37 v3612 with rev14 DIP) but kept the problem. then I searched the forums and found your excellent problem list.
But now I don't know what to do, would this screw up my wii because I have cIOSCORP installed? and if not, how do I do it?
Thanks for everybody who reads this and thinks about it

it should come with a homebrew app that will help install it. it would be called "cios249 rev17 installer" on the homebrew menu
There is a lot of info here:
GAF's Wii Homebrew Tutorial: IOS249
It "should" install in a similar way to the previous cios249 you had and deleted.
Note: pay close attention to step 8 of installation procedure.

thanks for the info and site lucidious.
allright I installed ios249 rev 17 succesfully and tried again to install a wad game on ios50, but the error (1029) remained and begain to question myself. I checked the free space on my wii again but it stil has like 600 blocks free. it also can't be a bad wad because I can un-istall a wad game but can not install that same wad game. It's a bite weird if you ask me. well anyone knows what to try next? many thanks.
