    Memcard not working CFG

CFG Loader (Latest) will not emulate ripped memcard.bin or create new cards.
NMM is on but when loading any game I receive a No Memory Card found error.
Guide was followed to the best of my ability.
memcard.bin size is 16,384KB and is placed in \apps\gc_devo\memcard.bin

    Ideas?

Is it in the same device as your games? If you're loading off USB it should be in USB/apps/gc_devo.

If I spelled something wrong, I'll just blame it on auto-correct

Just an FYI, the developer of Devolution highly recommends not using CFG.

That is true. Though CFG loader does have it's following, so I try to help troubleshoot issues between it and Devo when I can.

The only options I can come up with on the spot are:

    1) Switch to a different loader, I highly recommend USB Loader GX.

    2) Try a older version of CFG loader.

If I spelled something wrong, I'll just blame it on auto-correct

I have not used Usb loaded GX in years, is it now more advanced then CFG?

Yes, it has more settings to play with. And the Devolution and Dios Mios settings are not only seprate, but can be applied globally (you can change the setting once and have it apply to all games).

Are there any known issues with memcard.bin on GX?

Wiiflow is also good. I personally use GX, but have fiddled with Wiiflow from time to time. I admittedly used CFG as my first loader, but I ran into problems with it and Devolution (imagine that! :P).

See I have been able to save to a real card without any problem but I hate the idea of the card sticking out of the top of the wii.
Is the GX GUI any good or can it be edited as CFG?

Admittedly, I really liked the completely pointer-based cover-flow thing that CFG uses, and I know of no way to get such a UI in GX or Wiiflow (I had a nice Metroid Prime 2: Echoes theme & music that I set up myself). I do however also like the channel view of GX since anyone that uses a Wii at all will know how to use such an interface.
