    My mistake, you didn't.

Don't know, but I just tried and Four Swords Adventures worked just fine with 2 GBA cables. And in other news, 007 Nightfire also works with Wiimms ISO Tools.

Yeah, I misunderstood a post I saw on another forum (not here or the devolution home thread) where someone said something about not being able to connect a GBA...turns out they meant not being able to use it with a GBA emulator.

Hey um, you still haven't updated the GCpadder download...

EDIT: Just a heads up, you're welcome to rename the .BAT file to whatever you want in order to make it clearer or work better with your guide or something. I mean, it's not like I can copyright or trademark a stupid-simple batch file, and even if I could I wouldn't want to.

EDIT 2: Your attachment for USB Loader GX is also outdated. Yours is r1215 while r1216 added the following:
    • DEVO: Added Direct Mapping Buttons setting (Devo r200+)
    • DEVO: Added support for Language setting
To clarify, the direct mapping buttons makes the A & B buttons on a CC/pro controller actually work as the A & B buttons in GameCube games (rather than X & A). Personally if I were making your Devolution Guide attachments, I would set the Direct Mapping Buttons setting to "ON" by default since that's easier for the non-hardcore gamer to understand, but eh.

Not yet, I've stumbled upon the fun task of HTML editing my inject VC games so they have the correct instruction manuals. Finally, my Batman Returns game rip will have (custom) instructions, my cartridge sadly didn't come with any instruction book.

Hey speaking of which, is there a guide around here for VC injection for the newer compressed VC emulators? There seemed to be very little info on such a thing even though someone did actually figure out how to make it work but other than some proof-of-concept code there didn't seem to be anything that came out of it...

In other news, I cannot find the language setting for Devolution that they speak of.

About the VC injecting, I'm not sure. I haven't seen one here on WiiHacks.

For the Devolution language setting. I just use my system default so I've never needed to change it.

Well, I know there's the main language setting that would work with Wii games and the like, but there's no specific "DEVO" language setting.

I'll have to check that out, I think I just forgot to edit the meta.xml, the app itself should be r1216...unless I mistakenly zipped the wrong boot.dol.

Edit: I've downloaded the attachment but don't have time to check just yet, I will check it tonight.

Edit 2: I can confirm that the attachment is indeed r1216, I just forgot to update the meta.xml...I'll reupload it with a "fixed" meta soon.

Edit 3: Fixed. I'll revise Part 4b soon, but first I really want to finish my Batman Returns VC injection.

I've run into something strange with Rebel Strike and I need other people to confirm whether this is an issue with Devolution or an issue with my official Nintendo 251 block memory cards...

With my memory card plugged in, if I turn on my Wii from a cold boot and do nothing else other than load up Devolution and Rebel Strike, the game will say that my memory card is damaged and cannot be used, and selecting "Retry" doesn't help. This does NOT happen if I were to actually launch the game from the disc or if you use an emulated memory card (even if it's a dump of the same exact physical memory card)

However, if I view my GC memory card save data via the Wii Menu's save data settings and THEN load Devolution and Rebel Strike, my memory card will be read perfectly fine.

This happens with both of my official Nintendo 251 block memory cards.
