And you have enabled Memcard emulation as I described in the guide?

Yes to both of those questions. No memory card plugged in, emulated memory enabled in cfg.

Blasphemous idea - how about "apps\gc_devo" on the SD card? Maybe CFG does it differently or something... I dunno :P

Nah, when I test CFG Loader with memory emulation it still had to be on USB...

@Mr_Odwin: Which version of CFG loader are you using?

Here's a not-so-blasphemous idea: try using the sample loader and see if you can access your sava data from CFG's emulated memory card. If the memcard.bin isn't in the normal location, then the sample loader shouldn't find any save data which would confirm something with CFG.

Note that the sample loader can only read ISO files that are located directly in the Games folder and not in any folder that is inside of said Games folder, so you'll have to temporarily move an ISO or two.

Good idea. I'll do that over the next day or so. I'll report back.
    Thanks.

I have a question. I understand that the drive needs to be FAT32. And I now have Devolution working (I did have to remove my mod-chip entirely). But what about Wii games? I have them all backed up on my PC, but they are the full 4.7 GB size. These will not fit on a FAT32 device, as they are larger than the maximum allowed file size for that file system. Is there a way to get the ISO images to my device? Before I set up Devolution, I used WBFS file system with WBFS Manager, which automatically removed the dummy data stored on the image. Can I do something similar?

Use this and you can add the Wii games onto your FAT32 drive

There are a number of settings including one that allows adding the games on as compressed WBFS formatted games.

Alternatively you can use two separate partitions, NTFS for Wii games and FAT32 for GameCube.
