    Yes!
Your emulated nand capacity has to do with the amount of space you have on your HDD.....

Example; I have a 2TB HDD split into two partitions, one is NTFS and the other is Fat 32, My fat32 is 1TB and is used for Emulated nand and some apps for HBC.
This means I have 900+MB's for my emulated nand.

Emulated nands are not restricted to the actual nand size in your wii, which is 512 MB's.

Good, thats awesome. I actually right now have 2 emuNands from 2 different wiis and I was checking them out. I had some dead channels that show 4 capital letters and no image and reboot the wii when I try to start them. I just deleted these. I also went ahead and deleted the Nintendo Channel and Wii Shop Channel Photo Channel New Internet Check MII Out and Netlflix and stuff like that....they didn't seem to work from emunand and I figure to just keep those on the regular nand.

    1.
I have Super Smash Bros. that I got free from Club Nintendo which I actually originally downloaded on my second Wii. I gave this Wii to a buddy and only have the game on the nand dump, but when I try to play it it gets stuck at the "You will need the Classic Controller" screen. Yes I have one (pro) and a gamecube controller too. Anything I can do to get this game to work? Is it not working because it is tied to the other console? (it kind of stinks that I have wii shop titles tied to 2 different consoles...)

    2.
I also have a new purchase since I dumped my Nand, Castlevania Adventure Rebirth. What is the best way to get this game over to my emunand? I tried to use Wii Mod to pack it in to a Wad but it had some error and then the resulting Wad would not install using USB Loader GX feature to install wad to emuNand. Do I need to use bootmii to do another Nand dump and showmiiwads or some other method?

    3.
Is there anyway to get some nice cover art for Wiiware/VC titles? It's really nice having the Wii and Gamecube games looking nice in the loader, but then these others look ugly with no art.

If this was true, why am I not able to max out my emulated nand? I obviously don't have enough games to fill the remaining 80 gigs on my drive. Yet, games fail to show once the nand size limit was reached. No one here seems to have tried to max out the emulated nand but continue to make assertions that I am wrong. I had confirmed this before but no one said otherwise then. Now all of a sudden I am wrong.

I don't know what u r doing wrong but the fact is the emu nand is as big as the HD it is stored on.
The reason I have not pulled any of your other posts is because I haven't seen them otherwise I would have put u straight previous.
You might find this hard to believe but we don't just copy and paste these guides, we (the staff) put a lot of time and effort into them and the methods are tried and tested before we post them

    2. Like I said above, try showmiiwads.

    3. Some titles have cover art available from WiiTDB. For others, you will have to search the internet or make your own.

My Smash Bros. is currently sitting on the NAND I dumped from my backup wii. When I point USB Loader GX to it I see the game, but it hangs when I launch it and I have to reset my console. All my other games were downloaded on my current console and work fine...this is the only one from the other console. Is there some way that I have to scrub it or something to make it work on a different wii?

    2.
I guess I will have to try showmiiwads then. To do that I have to redump my Nand with the new game, extract it, and install it to my current emunand....or is there an easier way. I always have trouble getting help with this type of stuff as guides are always just saying take your wads.....they never much talk about where these wads are coming from. I have not had success doing this in the past and I can't help but think it's because my games are legit directly from the Wii Shop Channel and all the instructions I come across are for wads that were somehow hacked to be shareable. I wish I knew how to hack my wads if that is neccessary.

I would like to know how to make my own.

Yet problems do arise as I do recall telling you a few times that the guide needed to be updated with the latest GX version for Dios Mios to work properly. All you have to do is try to max out the emulated nand and you will notice games do not show past a certain capacity limit. Part of proving/disproving something is to try it and then give your feedback. My post should not have been deleted for it did contain correct info (not all Wiiware/VC games will work on emulated nand) and it just breaks the thread. I was not being off topic at all in regards to the subject.

You need to find a template and use an image editing program like Photoshop. You can try looking at GameTDB for templates.

Not correct. I have tried and succeeded in making an emulated nand much larger than the Wii's nand, if thats what you are asking. And in more than just my Wii, a few of my friends' Wii consoles as well. So, the answer, without a doubt, is that the NAND size is not limited to just the 512 MB... Also, the reason your post was deleted was because you gave incorrect information. Nothing against you or whatever your problem with your emulated nand is. If I personally posted wrong info I would hope someone would delete it to prevent confusion.

The answer has been given by multiple staff members here. We arent always 100% correct on absolutely everything by ourselves, but the tried and true fact is that we are right about this one. No more arguing about it. If you need to figure out why you personally are having that problem, then maybe you should make a thread about it and someone will look into it. In the meantime, please stop posting misinformation.

    Thank you.
