I myself use a Seagate Go Agent drive. Also, SNES. The files have to be in a "games" folder for it to run from booter. I think it just makes life easier when it's compatible with the most USB Loaders. Especially since Booter is the simplest with the least problems I think.

Ah, I didn't realize. Well anyone who runs DIOS MIOS v2.0 from USB Loader GX can name the folder however they want...at least that's been my experience.

    DIOS MIOS 2.1 Changelog (2012-07-17)

    • Improved patch code and made it more versatile
    • Improved .elf patching code (fixes Nightfire)
    • Improved No Disc patching
    • Added a hack for PSO I&II EUR/USA
    • Added the wide screen hack by Extrems
    • The NODISC config setting has been removed since it's been unused since 1.0
    • Removed USBGecko debug output

Sorry to double post again, but I'm posting this on my iPhone and upon trying to edit the Changelog into my previous post it told me there was an error and I should report it to a administrator. Please merge this post with my previous one

Yea, same with tablet. I think you can fix that if you set it to 'request desktop site'. But that might only be for android.

First, thank you for the guide, it's awesome.

But whenever I start one of my GameCube backups in USB Loader GX, I get the message, "The game is on USB. Do you want to copy the game to SD or delete a game on SD?"

    1. Tried loading from Homebrew Channel, didn't work.
    2. I tried updating, said there weren't any updates.
    3. I'm quite sure I'm using the latest forwarder.

    Help please?

Make sure you have your HDD formatted as FAT32 with 32kb cluster size, the HDD partition is Primary and active, and lately that your using the latest version of DIOS MIOS (2.1 right now) and USB Loader GX r1193 mod02. If that still doesn't help try running through the guide once more (not skipping even a single step) just to be sure you did it all correctly.

Thank you! I actually went through the entire guide earlier today, so my hard drive is fine. I installed Dios Mios v2.1 (I had 2.0) and then replaced my USB Loader GX's boot.dol with r1193 mod02's boot.dol and it's working now

Ok, so, apparently there's already a version 2.2 out.

I'd like to see it make more progress with the games that don't work properly but just having it at all is great.
