    I read the guide and its look like you have to install DIO MIOS to the wii nand instead of the emunand. I just looking for a way for DIO MIOS to not overwrite my wii cMios

    Ya know, regardless as to whether it's installed on the EmuNAND or not, it's a straight forward procedure to reinstall the regular MIOS should the need arise.

    Hey, thanks for the effort. Great guide.

    So I have this problem that my gamecube game is not showing up in the game libary in usbloader gx. Is it some settnings I must change in their? Thanks.

    I have checked EVERYTHING and everything is as it should be except one thing. The game is another region (USA) then my Wii (Europe). Could that be the problem?

    I've tried with the PAL version, still same thing. When I'm booting up USBloader gx no gamecube game is shown.

    I am considering trying Dios Mios and was wondering what DMT Toolbox or DiscEX do to the games. If you use Disc Ex do you need to have a game in your wii like it says under the older method still works? I see conflicting info on this and not sure what is the latest...needing a disc in the console and breaking gamecube support. Another guide says you simply lose the ability to play Gamecube on backup media only. I been using Devolution so I have clean rips, so I am wondering what this step is for, what "optimizing for DML" actually is, and whether or not compression is even worth the trouble.

    Is this guide using the latest Dios Mios or is there a reason not to use the latest?

    And is there anyway to get existing saves to work in NMM?

    WiiFlow tries to load wii games 1st from your wbfs folder, select GC button on the lower right corner then select partition for GC games USB1, Reload Cache, if you still have issues delete the configuration settings file in the wiiflow app.

    Use one of the latest USB Loader GX: r1205, r1207, r1209, r1213 try from HBC 1st and select loader mode/ check GC Games
    For USB Loader GX, go into settings>custom paths, and change the path from SD to USB1:/games/;

    DMT Toobox or DiscEX install games in three different formats I always select RAW : 1:1 copy of the selected ISO it's the same as clean rips the only difference is each iso is in a folder. USB HDD/ games/ GMPP01/game.iso You could use clean rips just put it in a folder and rename it so it works with Dios Mios.
    This is from the guide:

    1. It will install a folder called something like GMPP01 (PAL Mario Party 4). The .iso file within will be named game.iso, as it should be.
    2. If your game has two disks like Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, you will need to install the other disc the same way you did the first. Except rename the second disc from "game.iso" to "disc2.iso", then cut and paste it into the original folder with the first "game.iso". Do the same if it has more than 2 discs, naming it disc3.iso etc. (Does the Gamecube HAVE games that need more than 2 discs?) The second disc loads automatically.

    With the latest Dios Mios you do not need a game in the wii and it does not break gamecube support or the ability to play Gamecube disc, if you have any issues you could reinstall the regular MIOS.
    I do not know how to get existing saves to work in NMM because I do not use Devolution, SNES_Master may help you with that question

    Thanks candylove, now the game atleast shows up but it is giving me a black screen. Ever since I installed dios mios 2.10 (had 2.09 before I guess) I'm getting black screen from gamecube games. Even when I load retail ones from neogamma, wtf.
