    @Stogie/SNES:

    Maybe you might understand, I ask in context to the section this was posted in (Wii Games). Not the optimal location for this, he should've posted in the DM thread.

    Right you are, I just tried to move it to the correct section and am told I can't because the location already contains posts.

    What you told me to do Snes_master worked great however the cutscene still did not start when I walked in room. Even when I use Dolphin(which I dont't like using with Wind Waker cause my comp needs upgraded) I am starting to think that I need to start all over again. When I noticed the issue I should have kept from saving. UGH FML

    Sorry to hear that

    But Wind Waker is a great game anyway so at least you'll be able to enjoy it

    Once i had a problem with audio/video stuttering and it was because of wrong sector size.

    Hey guys, I installed Dios Mios 2.9 and I'm running the latest version of LoaderGX and for the most part everything's working. Legend of Zelda TP, Super Smash Brothers, and a bunch of other games loaded fine, however whenever I load Metal Gear Solid twin Snakes or Metroid Prime I get the Dios Mios loading screen, then it all goes black. Also when I load Metroid Prime 2, It loads and seems to run fine but the bottom 10 percent of the screen or so gets continual green lines, almost like static going through it.

    Anyone have any solutions to try with this? I've checked the compatibility lists and they should work. My research has only found people saying to update your Dios Mios and launcher if you get a black screen, but that's not fixed it.

    Thanks

    Try forcing the games to load in the same region as the system is. Even if your system and games are of the same region this sometimes fixes issues like that. My Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 had reversed colors and a very slow frame rate till I forced it to run as NTSC (despite that both my system and the game disc were already NTSC).

    Tried that.. and it didn't work but it made me think to mess with other settings there. I forgot I'd changed a couple of the default settings, by switching the DML Force Progressive off for the game everything loaded fine, so problems solved.

    That makes sense. Not all games support progressive scan, so those that do should work fine, and those that don't will have scanning issues.
