I did everything I could understand. I have read all of the pages of this thread from the very begining to the very end.... I am at a loss.

I think I deleted my cfg files- I know whatever I deleted got rid of all of my covers and I had to re-download all of them. If that is the wrong thing to delete- can someone please give me the path of what I should have deleated? As for NTSC- I forced it based on a guide that I read- still black screen either way.

First off - don't double post, use Edit Post to add on to your previous post if it's less than 24 hours.

DM Booter hasn't been updated since Summer 2012. It no longer is current. The three loaders in my signature are the only ones I know of that will launch it. If it's not launching, then the rip is likely bad and you should re-rip it.

Delete your configuration files for GX and try again. Make sure you have the right Dios Mios installed (i.e. DM/USB, DML/SD).

grizz, why are you forcing NTSC? I know that is useful for many things, but have you tried running your games without it.

Also, I haven't tried v1209 of GX, I'll test it out and see if that's compatible.

GX r1209 is compatible with the latest Dios Mios.

I believe that .dll is included in the Visual Studio 2012 Redist bundle (meant to be installed before running other programs created by Visual Studio).

Link to download it from Microsoft is here: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 1 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Let us know if that works, so it may be added to the guide.

Hm. I tried but it dident work.
I see I have the file on many locations from other programs like photoshop, avira, flashfxp etc. But when I try to start Dm tools in winxp I get the error still.
It tells me to reinstall dm tools, but it seems to not be an install more an pre installed folder.

Is one of the locations of the file in c:\windows\system32? If not, can you try copying one from its existing directory into the directory of dmtoolbox and see if that helps?

Sorry for the late response, I just wanted to check that the game started.
I dident find any under system32, but I copied the avira dll file since it was the newest to the dir of the program. The program fired right up and worked great. Much easier than bfore with gamecube games.
So to fix this in the future, just include a working dll in the build if possible.
    Great program!
