It's a type of EmuNAND. What it does is you boot up your system and instead of accessing the internal NAND it reads totally from SD or USB, making your Wii 100% brick proof.

How do we take screen shots? I seem to recall it's something on controller 4, but I may be thinking of something else.

    Thanks.

I moved my controller from P1 to P4 and did Z+R a few times. Checking the SD and USB to try to find the screenshot to report as to the quality.

EDIT: I saw no screenshots made when I tried this. Looking at CFG settings, I don't think that it has the option to turn screenshots on (since it's using the same DM logic to launch from 2.2).

I tried GX, which did have an option to turn on screenshots, so I turned it on globally. I tried the same thing, but still do not see screenshots anywhere. I'll try it again setting it at the game level instead of globally.

EDIT #2: After setting Screenshots on at the game level, still no screenshots.

Maybe it doesn't work unless the controller is plugged into port 4 when the game starts? I'll have to play around with this later and see if I can get it to work.

I have also tried deleting the old config files as well. I am convinced that this does not actually work...

You're convinced that deleting the old cfg files don't work? Well to each his own.

About the screnshotting, did you make sure to put the PADHOOK to ON in GX?

And Brett, did you delete the .ini file as well?

I am convinced that I can't play gamecube backups at all. I have tried both DM and DML and can't pad from sd or a use.... Ho hum. Lol.
But I did delete the ini file as well.

Ah, yes. Good point, if PADHOOK is off it won't do anything different than it's normal functions. Why didn't I think of that lol? I think it's time to power on my old Wii again for some experimenting

If your Wii has the GC ports then there is no reason you can potentially USB or SD load GC games. The problem is either your HDD/SD or perhaps some files on the SD card that relate to the USB loader you're using.

Which program and IOS did you use when you installed Dios Mios? Maybe you didn't install it correctly.

I used Wad manager and i believe 236. I wait at the splash screen for a good twenty mississippi. How long would it take to load? I also read that if I get a splash screen my HD is compatible. Is that correct?
