Alright I have followed the guide and went through the check list but still can't get the gamecube games to show up within any of the loaders

I went through the below check list.

    1. Your USB Loader and version of DM aren't compatible.

Me: Both are the latest version’s and are compatible.

    2. Your USB isn't compatible and therefore games cannot be played from it. Our Own USB Compatibility List

Me: I have no idea, I am trying this with a Flash-Drive not a External Hard-drive.

    3. You didn't change DML to DM (CFG Loader only).

    Me: Not using CFG tool.

    4. The partition you are using isn't first. (if you only have one partition, this is not the case.)

Me: It’s a flash drive and only 1 partition as I used the EASEUS Partition Master on the flash drive.

    5. The game is not compatible with your version of DIOS MIOS. Game Compatibility List

Me: 3 games not compatible, that would be Surprising.

    6. The game does not work when compressed or vice versa.

    Me: err…not compressed. So nope.

    7. The Game you are playing is out of region. (You can tell if the game has an E, P, or J in this GLME01 part of the ID. The single letter before the numbers. E is for the U.S., P is for PAL (European), J is for Japan.

Me: Game has E, WiiFlow is set for NCTS.

    8. Possibly bad rip of game.

Me: Possibility but 3 games being bad rips that would be weird.

    9. Possibly bad installation of the DIOS MIOS wad file. (Try using IOS236)

Me: Tried IOS236, Did not resolve the issue.

    10. Your USB Loader's settings are incorrect, or you are using an outdated or incompatible version of the USB Loader.

Me: Nope, Latest version of the software.

    11. NMM or Ocarina are on (won't always cause a problem).

Me: Nope checked this first and both are NMM

    12. Very Important and seemingly obvious: Make sure your cluster size is 32kb. Most applications that format drives automatically set it to 64kb, even if you tell it to do 32kb. A simple double check will make sure it's right.

Me: Ensured I did this during the formatting the hard-drive EASEUS Partition Master. Then verified afterwards.

So any thoughts on this? I am thinking of just burning them and seeing what happens. Lol.

Give me the fully qualified path to where your "game.iso" files are on your flash drive.

The Flash-Drive is set as the following:

    Flash Drive is named W:

    Starfox Qualified Path: W:\game\GSAE01

    Legends of Zelda WW: W:\game\GZLE01

    Thanks

Does your Wii games show up with any of the USB loaders? I recommend having at least one Wii game in the wbfs folder for the USB Loaders. If you burn them, GameCube disc backups will not work with DIOS MIOS but the retail GameCube disc will still works. The folder name is games not game

As candylove pointed out, unless you typo'ed twice, the directory that has to exist in the root of the USB device is "games", not "game".

If you make this fix, the USB loader should be able to find it.

If not, which version of DM are you using along with what version of whatever USB Loader you are trying to get this working on?

So, fixing the directory resolved the issue. Once I named it games came right up and I can get the games to load no problem.

But, now I am encountering the issue were the gamecube controller won't work. So I loaded my original gamecube game as advised and the controller won't work either for the official license. o_O

I am running the following. Dios Mios Ver. 2.10 and WiiFlow 4.3M also tried USBLoader GX V.3.0

The controller was working with official games and works with N64 Games that I have purchased in the store so the controller isn't faulty.

I'm going to fish the web for solutions but any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I also appreciate all the assistance thus far.

    Thanks

Try re-installing DIOS MIOS with Wad Manager 1.7 with IOS236. I recommend Wad Manager 1.7. if you did not use it before to install DIOS MIOS. Also delete the CFG files in Wiiflow and GX. Use the latest USB Loaders WiiFlow 4.2 and GX r1217

That's strange. I can't think of any reason for the controllers to work in VC games but not in GameCube games.

Well I have the latest versions of the USB loaders, but I did not use Wad Manager 1.7. I used another wad manager so maybe that's were the problem lies.

Will give this a shot and let you guys know

I know right. I've been scratching my head on this one.

Aftermarket....Almost ashamed to say this but it's a Mad-Catz wireless GC controller. :/

Finding Wavebirds are not cheap. o_O

Alright. Once I re-do the DIOS MIOS I will let everyone know how it goes.

    Thanks
