How is your USB drive formatted, and are you sure you have the latest version of CFG? (v70r51)?

USB needs to be FAT32 with 32k clusters to use Dios Mios.

I done the softmod any wii guide about a month ago im not at my wii . I deleted some files on my SD card as dios mios needed to copy the files from the usb drive to the flash card, I dont know why? then it loaded and I got a dios mios screen saying incorrect config version please update your loader. My configurabls usb loaders version is v70r34 do I need to update? im pretty sure my usb flash drive is in 32 kb clusters and is fat32 it has my wii games on it. is it normal for dios mios to copy the files from usb flash drive to the sd card when you load a game?

Yes. You have an old version of CFG. One from before there was a Dios Mios, only Dios Mios Lite, so it didn't know to keep the files on the USB for Dios Mios.

So updating to the latest CFG will fix that problem. v70r51 is the latest version, which exists as part of the new App Pack in the SoftMod Any Wii guide, and a link to it exists in my signature.

Those are just forwarder channels that will install on the Wii Menu to launch the USB Loaders directly instead of going through HBC. Those are optional.

You should be able to update it through the app itself if you have your Wii on a network. Press "1", then "Updates", then it's the last option. Then exist CFG and relaunch it.

If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll try something else.

I'm really the wrong person to talk about forwarders, as I don't use them. So I'll say go through HBC. Someone else may say something different.

Do it through the HBC, some apps have given me update errors when trying to update through the forwarder.
