wiiflow still doesnt work. it goes to black screen for gamecube games. Wii games it just get a white line across the bottom of the screen and freezes.
when i downloaded the usb gx from the link it gave me 3 folders each a different ios with a boot.dol in them. I dont know what one to use or where to put them so no idea if usb gx works yet.
Was able to load usb loader gx and same thing it freezes when loading a game. CFG loader same thing.

I'm told to use 249 first. Copy the boot.dol into place and try it out. If things don't work (Wii games) then try a different one. You can ignore the .elf file.

Are you sure that you have 32k clusters on the USB device?

tried the usb loader none of them work. yes im sure i have 32K clusters. I did the text file and it came out just like it should. I am going to run another syscheck and post here see if we can better figure out why my wii is not doing what is should. Thing is i have jailbroken tons of ios devices and have no issues so i thought the wii would be easy too. Guess i was wrong

Try from the HBC and update GX to r1209 and update GX channel with USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder_5_1_AHBPROT.wad and when you update GX remove the CFG file in the GX app also.
thank you for all your help, it worked!

I believe you have all your USB Loaders set to use IOS247 and IOS248, this is why it may not work since you updated your cIOS, you could try replacing all your USB Loaders apps with new USB Loader apps or change the settings so it uses IOS249 and IOS250
If it does not fix the issues another option is since d2x v8 is problematic for you maybe you should try
    d2x v7 final wads.zip
To install cIOS as .wad files all you need a tool like MMM, Wii Mod, or Wad Manager 1.7
    Instructions
These are universal instructions. This means, the process will be very similar for the 3 apps.

    - First, download the cIOS wads package d2x v7 final wads.zip
    - Extract to your "wad" folder on the root of the SD
    - Load the app you chose to install the wads and reload to IOS236 or 36
    - Install the wads

    Ilovemymac,
remove your USB Loaders apps from your SD and keep them on your PC and put new USB Loaders apps WiiFlow: v4.1 app, USBLoader_GX_V3_0_AllinOnePackage_IOS249.zip app (Use r1209 to update GX), Download CFGv70.zip from HERE or CFG USB Loader v70 app on your SD card and see if it works
I want you to use new USB Loaders apps because I believe the settings, meta and CFG files in the USB Loaders apps are causing the issues.

If you are still having issues then try d2x v7 final wads.zip, if it is still not working for you, you could try d2x v9(beta49) cIOS. Download them from HERE
I never got that error 1035 when I install d2x v8 over d2x v9 maybe because I use Wad Manager 1.7 or Wii mod with IOS236
    error 1035:
Title with a higher version is already installed: The cause of 1035 error is when you try to install an IOS with a lower revision over-top of an IOS with a higher revision. Most common reason people get this error is when they try to downgrade IOS15 using DOP-Mii, TBR, MMM.....any app that downgrades IOS to install a patched IOS36 (you can also get the error if your IOS36 revision is too high when it comes time to install the IOS36 with patches).

    2 causes - 2 Solutions

Cause 1 - using an app like DOP-Mii, TBR, MMM that does not support the IOS revisions currently installed.
    Solution
    - Fix it by using MMM 13.4

Cause 2 - Trying to install over an IOS with a higher version number
Solution - Fix it by using IOS236 to install with (or cIOS38 rev 17).

Finally got it installed. uninstalled all usb loaders reinstalled Wiiflow told it to use ios249 and it still does the same thing. Blank screen on GC and black screen with white bar at the bottom for Wii games.

OK usb loader plays wii games but when it loads GC games it just wants to copy it to the SD card. It says this game is on USB would you like to delete the SD version or copy to SD. It gives no option to play it.

Before i started on this venture i could at least play wii games from wiiflow but now i cant do anything. So im not sure what i have done but it is very very frustrating.
