Turns out he was on vacation.

What difference does it make? It's still a civil not a criminal case right? There is nothing stopping you from traveling or vacationing with a pending civil trial. He's not fleeing or attempting unless it is a criminal trial. People are blowing this up left and right! :005:

There's a big controversy about that in the comments.

Sebastian and the others at iDB assumed that he was fleeing to escape legal charges, 'till they got a look at his blog.

I'll have to read lower. I skipped the comments as I usually do.

I wish when i went on vacation someone was thinking i was fleeing the country.... lol

It just goes to show you that he is not worried / sony has to much time on there hands to be watching him that closely....
