This is a good tut. But, don't you have to be on OFW 3.55 before you install the CFW? I don't think installing this from FW3.41 would be a good idea. Just a suggestion to add to your tut.
You can't use anything which uses the PlayStation Network service, so this includes Netflix and games. There is a way to log-in, but you can get banned perma-banned when using that method. Don't think it's wise to add those steps to the guide.Quote:

I don't know if they're looking for a work-around, but I do know that it's gonna be a tough job. Sony does much more against homebrew than Nintendo. Updating to 3.56 from a custom firmware can brick your PS3 (always install the official 3.55 first before updating to 3.56!!). With firmware 3.56, Sony can now remotely control your PS3 once you logged in to the servers.Quote:
