really because i went to a local flea market and they said there isn't a chip but an OS that can run blu-ray isos. But no one would want to pay like 600 bucks for it to break. And yes, that is why we have wii's lmao!

i dont think that peeps will crack the ps3. I mean I hope I am full of shit cause I got one and would love too see that baby hacked but, Sony is soo into anti-piracy that I think they put all the bells and whistles to stop the hackers, but like everyone said on here already. thats why we have our Wii's!!

Swapmagic can be used to run PS2 ISOS off your PS3 HD, but it does a number on the laser. PS3 firmware can be downgraded (youtube it) so a CFW may be in the works. I was talking to a friend who was in a team trying to create 1st ps3 modchip...Dunno what happened. Anyways, I'll put the obligatory that's why we have wiis in now.
